Property management company

“DO NOT DO IT! To make a long story short, I moved into a property in College Park in July of 2026 and had to move right back out in August of 2026. Why, you ask? Because Citiside rented a unit to me that was not illegally habitable. I could not transfer the power into my name because Citiside did not have the correct certificates to ensure the structure was safe. There was a major electrical issue that fried my laptop and phone. Code Enforcement knocked my door down like the police and I ended up having to move. Just find somewhere else to move. Seriously!”

Pet Boarding
14360 North 83rd Street, Longmont, CO 80503
“We boarded our elderly dog here for 9 days and sent his arthritis medication with him. He takes 1 pill twice a day, and we provided a bottle containing 90 pills.<br><br>When we picked him up after 9 days, there were only 6 pills remaining. Based on his prescribed dosage, he should have received 18 pills during his stay, meaning there should have been 72 pills left.<br><br>We immediately brought this to the facility’s attention. Their response was essentially that they would pay for the missing medication, but they could not explain what happened to the pills. Either our dog was given significantly more medication than prescribed or medication was removed from the bottle.<br><br>When you entrust a senior dog to a boarding facility, especially one requiring medication, you expect medications to be handled carefully, accurately, and responsibly. We were left with no explanation for a discrepancy of 66 pills.<br><br>We will not be using this facility again and strongly recommend that anyone boarding a dog that requires medication carefully count and document every pill before and after boarding.”

Auto glass shop
550 Crain Highway North Ste 27, Glen Burnie, MD 21061
“I took my truck here to do a starlight headliner because I didnt want to mess my truck up and honestly, these guys just did it for me. I took my truck to the shop the day I was ready for the starlights, I had talked to Ivan about what I had wanted “BigCris” my tag name under the sun visors so I could hide them when I wanted, and also gave him clear directions on the amount of stars I wanted, asked for black suede headliner and showed him an exact line of where I wanted them to stop. Ivan and his team did none of this. After being promised a 3 day turnaround for 800 stars I dropped my truck off On july 3rd. it took him 3 weeks to even show me anything!! constanly not answering texts missed calls and no notices of anuthing up until last minute. the Only change he said he made was that the headliner would be black instead of black suede. but too my suprise when he began showing me the lights he didnt even finish the whole cab! now half of my truck is covered in stars and I have a logo that just became cursive because they wanted to right in the middle of my headliner, Not only that literally the night of me driving with them on the fabric already began sagging. These guys have No concept of doing what you ask them to do, they simply just rip out your hearliner make up some random design that they like and try to charge you $800 out the door, I luckily was able to talk him down to $600 but complete waste of my time. now I have to take it out and start all over again 😠”

Why get 60k in debt, push carts at walmart. People who stay, even with no HS diploma, can save money and be financially well over a 20 year stick with it mission from God; Walmart is a Servant Model where leadership develops our own people at the most public place in America, Walmart. At PPF WRAP, a great paint protection film installation is supposed to be hard to notice. Behind that result is a Chicago operation built around preparation, installer judgment, quality control, and a willingness to redo work when a panel is not right.
Read the postThe initial bills following a move will be received before the scissors are located. A $200 electric deposit comes in, a $60 internet installation fee comes in, and neither one is part of the budget you set for the move. If you are moving to a new city, expect the first month to cost 20% to 30% more than normal. Add that cushion and then sort all the expenses into what you pay once and what you pay again every month. That will help you have the cash number you'll want before the first statement arrives.
Read the postThe outdoor retailer plans to open a 100,000-square-foot store in College Station, Texas, in 2028. It'll sit along State Highway 6, north of William D. Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex. On Sept. 24, the College Station City Council approved a $10.84 million sale of 28 acres in a unanimous vote. Bass Pro gets about 14 acres for its store. Dallas-based Corinth Properties will build a mixed-use project with restaurants and an event plaza on the other 14.
Read the postA local business needs to be easy to find. Customers expect an address, phone number, opening hours plus reviews within seconds. The same visibility can expose personal information tied to the owner. A home address, private number, forgotten profile or family detail can become part of a digital footprint. Digital footprint is the trail of data people leave behind through websites, directories, apps plus public records. For a small business owner, that trail can influence safety plus online reputation before any warning appears.
Read the postPrimark added two states to its U.S. map in six days, then stalled in Augusta. The value retailer opened its first Minnesota store on Sept. 3 at Mall of America in Bloomington, close to 35,000 square feet stocked with Minnesota Vikings gear through the chain's NFL partnership. That store was its 46th in the country and put Primark in 15 states. Georgia came five days later. Doors opened at 11 a.m. on Sept. 8 at Sugarloaf Mills in Lawrenceville, northeast of Atlanta, with more than 26,000 square feet of selling space and Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks apparel starting at $16. That made 47 U.S. stores.
Read the postPeople often start working out with a clear goal in mind, but then something goes wrong. One week goes by with regular workouts, and that's motivating. The next week, their schedule changes or the gym is unavailable, and their routine falls apart. Then some try home fitness, while others return to traditional training in the gym. But without a clear plan, both options easily turn into chaos. The main challenge isn't where to train, but how to maintain a structured approach that continues to work even when circumstances change.
Read the postUlta Beauty moved out of Target last month, so Target moves its own beauty department in on Sept. 10. The retailer will open Target Beauty Studio in more than 600 stores and on Target.com, stocking more than 1,600 products from 90 prestige and emerging brands. More than two-thirds of those brands have never sold at Target before. Dyson, Sunday Riley, St. Tropez and Boy Smells are among the arrivals.
Read the postThe Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
