How do I get my business to show up in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?

What can an AI agent do for a small business?
An AI agent can answer customer questions from your own knowledge, qualify and route leads, book meetings, draft follow-ups and keep your CRM up to date. Each agent is scoped to real tasks, with a person stepping in where it matters.
How much does a custom website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, how much motion and 3D you want and how ready your content is. Every service has a starting price on our pricing page, and after a short brief and a call you get a fixed quote in writing.
Is a custom website better than Wix or Squarespace?
For a simple brochure site, a builder is often fine. A custom website pays off when speed, a design that stands out, and full control over SEO and AI search matter, and you can still edit the content yourself. We compare both in custom website vs Wix or Squarespace.
Which business tasks should I automate first?
Start with work that is repetitive, follows the same rules every time and eats hours each week: lead follow-up, copying data between tools, invoice reminders and reports. Our guide to which processes to automate first walks through how to choose.
Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
Yes. MKS Creatives works with businesses worldwide, fully remote, with calls on Google Meet. Prices are shown in US dollars by default, and Australian clients are quoted in Australian dollars.
How do I get a quote?
Send a short brief through the contact page. Micheal reads it personally and replies by email with times to book a Google Meet call. On the call we go through what can be automated, what an agent could take over and what a custom site would do for you, then you get a fixed quote.
