SCIOPTA Safety RTOS Certificate Update

SCIOPTA Systems GmbH is announcing the availability of a new certification update of the SCIOPTA Real-Time System. SCIOPTA complies with the functional safety standards:
- IEC61508 SIL 3
- ISO26262:2018 up to ASIL D
- EN50716:2023 SIL 4 ( Replace EN50128)
by TÜV SÜD Munich.
SCIOPTA received an updated certificate from TÜV Süd for its SCIOPTA Safety Certified RTOS. The new version includes now Analog Devices Blackfin, Infineon Aurix, Renesas RX, ARMv8-A Architecture (AArch64 only), PowerPC and ARM (Arm assembly).
SCIOPTA Announces CRA Compliance

SCIOPTA Systems GmbH is pleased to announce its readiness to support the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Regulation (EU) 2024/2847. Our secure-by-design RTOS and middleware products help manufacturers build systems that align with the CRA’s essential cybersecurity requirements.

SCIOPTA Systems GmbH adds MicroSys miriac® SBC-LS1046A to its set of ARM64 and multicore devices.
The multicore support using the CONNECTOR and the specifically for SCIOPTA tailored TCP/IP
stack allow to develop high-performance network
applications with shortest reaction times.
Using the certified SCIOPTA kernel eases the development of functional safety (FuSa) and normal applications running side-by-side.

SCIOPTA systems GmbH adds PHYTEC SOM phyCORE®-AM64x to its portfolio. The unique CONNECTOR technology based on the direct message passing of SCIOPTA enables the developers to leverage the full power of all seven ARM cores with the FuSa certified RTOS.
The SCAPI product allows to run SCIOPTA and Linux on the Cortex-A53 and use the message passing to exchange data.
SCIOPTA is certified up to SIL3/4 according IEC61508, ISO26262, and EN50128.
