if I have to pressure you, I probably have to convince you to do the work and you’ll be a terrible client.
Today I realised comparing ourselves to competition doesn’t really matter that much.
There’s this B2C company doing €30M in revenue.
Some people left the founder, started their own thing, and dropped prices insanely low to destroy his market.
It did nothing.
