Two days ago, GPT-6 Astra broke a yet unsolved German Army Enigma message from 1941. Amazingly Astra was able to autonomously:
- Search historical archives
- Compare uncertain letters
- Find contextual clues
- Build an Enigma simulator
- Write cryptanalysis code
- Run parallel
Astra can design complex multi agent playgrounds for simulated agent behavior. Playing with a dynamic mystery sandbox that generates a new mystery each time with eight simulated agents gathering clues and working together to solve it. Something here
I love watching interviews with people for earlier decades. You can see how incredibly much our culture has shifted and also how much we are still the same.
This one with Orson Welles is great
