The premium AIR business center is designed to become a symbol the City — a large-scale area spanning one of the city’s primary business districts.

Through gentrification — the transformation of underutilized urban areas into a vibrant district of the future that concentrates the city’s business energy, with AIR becoming the main beneficiary of these changes.

AIR celebrates freedom and self-sufficiency. The architects chose not to connect the towers with a shared podium level, creating cozy open courtyards instead.

Employees can hold informal meetings on cafe terraces
or relax outdoors during lunch breaks, while employers
gain an additional tool to improve team productivity.

The facades of AIR resemble frozen waves.

metaphor in the lobby design.

Glass wave forms on the ceilings make the interior a continuation of the architecture. Ceilings up to eight meters high, supported by unique inclined columns, give the lobby a sense of lightness and monumentality.
