After getting it set up, my daughter absolutely loved it. It's everything she wanted - great quality, great size, even came in a pretty color. Then we realized the star lights were broken. Was it the end of the world? Not at all. But we were a little disappointed. I found the contact information for the company, reached out via email that evening, and received a response & resolution the very next morning. They sincerely apologized and promised to stand by their 1-year warranty to replace any broken parts. I assumed they would mail us a replacement strand of lights, since that was our only request. Instead, they sent an entire new tent set up - including new lights, with expedited shipping. I was so appreciative for the kindness and support of the company, that they truly did honor their customer satisfaction guarantee. It was a pleasure speaking with their representative, and we had a completely hasssle-free resolution to our issue. I cant give this max stars. I'd love to, but honestly I am a bit frustrated about it.
The first issue when it arrived, it was missing some poles, the company did right and sent an entirely new tent as a replacement, that was awesome!!
However, the poles are a huge issue, they bend/snap/break so easily, even from very little resistance. My kids going in and out of the tent bent upper ones/side ones, some completely snapped. It lasted 6 months before too many poles has snapped, been taped together etc before they snapped in points where it was impossible to fix. I ended up having to get rid of it because the kids can no longer play in it.
I am disappointed that it didn't last as long asi hoped it would.
