    I first became aware of Donald Burlock's book and work through an interview he did for IdeoU, and later through an interview for the Before I Happened Podcast. Don is an amazing storyteller, and his experience as a design thinker brings to light his amazing ability to empathize. The latter is a fundamental component for successful design.

    2020 brought about, for many of us, the need for a profound re-examination of our lives. In my case, it took to a place where I had to, once again, re-design my future self. I am committed to do this without compromising on what I consider both the value I need to bring to work, and the value my work needs to create, beyond a self-centered life. Part of this has involved developing an understanding of what brings me joy and how I can leverage that joy to be part of the change I want to see.

    Superhuman by Design has been an invaluable tool to create the foundations for my next chapter. Thanks Don.
