Context-centric AI for physical systems

Your system. Your context. Your operational brain.

One living model of your system where people and AI reason from the same truth — confidence you can trace to its evidence, every value replayable, on your own hardware. The Spatial Digital Twin is what you see; the operational brain is what you trust.

No-Code Binding
Bind live signals to 3D geometry visually
ML-Validation
Predictions vs measurements, side by side
Publication-Grade
Every value attributed, replayable, and signable
Session Replay
Bit-exact replay of any past session

The value isn't the AI. It's the context.

A model becomes useful when it understands one system deeply — its procedures, how its assets relate, its operating limits, its history. That knowledge is the context, and most of it never reaches the model. ArcUI is the layer where it lives: it governs and presents whatever already produces your data — your sensors, simulations, and control systems — without replacing any of them.

The AI
Reasons.
It interprets, predicts, and proposes — but only as well as the context it can see.
The Digital Twin
Holds the state of the world.
A living, spatial memory of what every asset is doing right now, and what it just did.
The Mirror World
Integrates everything.
State, context, simulation and operation in one place — where people and AI act on the same truth.
People, AI agents, simulations, and physical systems — one shared context. One operational brain.

One Digital Twin.Three Operational Modes.

ArcUI turns instrumented data into a single, rich spatial core you can operate, train on, and validate — across three distinct modes:

🟢 Operate
Live — real source, real decisions
Connect directly to the live source — instruments, equipment, or computational outputs. What the user sees is the real state; what they act on has immediate effect.
🟡 Train
Training — simulation & event injection
The same twin, disconnected from real-world consequences — the safe space where people and AI agents rehearse decisions. Inject faults, edge cases, or hypotheticals to train, to test a hypothesis, or to run a what-if.
🔵 Validate
Session Replay — deterministic replay of the past
Recorded sessions play back inside the same Spatial Digital Twin with perfect sequence and timing. Ask ARIA about any moment of the recording — read-only — for peer review, audits, and post-event analysis. Nothing is ever sent back to the live source.
Across all three modes — every value, every action, every session recorded the same way.

Three steps from data to XR.

ArcUI abstracts ingestion and validation so your time goes into the spatial interface and the science or operation behind it.

01 — Connect
Stream from any live source.
Modbus TCPMQTTREST/HTTPWebSocketsCSV Replay
Connect to instruments, equipment, computational outputs, or recorded datasets. ArcUI handles the ingestion and state propagation across protocols — no glue code, no custom backends.
02 — Map
Bind signals visually.
Unity SDKVisual EditorZero Backend Code
Drag, drop, and bind live signals to Unity 3D objects using a visual editor. The SDK handles the mapping and the real-time visual updates automatically.
03 — Validate
Compare predictions to reality.
ML ValidationDrift VisualizationAudit Logging
ArcUI doesn't train your models — it makes the ones you already run comparable against reality. Bring your model predictions into the same observable space as the measurements. MLDriftBoard shows real vs predicted with severity thresholds; every value carries its writer-id, every session is hashable end-to-end.
From raw signals to validated XR in minutes, not weeks.

Built for trust. Audit-grade by default.

ArcUI weaves publication-grade traceability into the core of your Spatial Digital Twin. The exact same audit engine powers Live, Training, and Replay — there are no unlogged actions. Every value is attributed. Every rule is enforced.

Attribution
Every value carries its author.
Every state change inside the Spatial Digital Twin — by a user in XR, an external system, an instrument, or the AI Agent (ARIA) — is recorded with the exact identity of its writer. You always know who or what produced each value, and when.
Authorization
Permissions declared up front.
Every data point in ArcUI declares who is allowed to write it. The system evaluates each change against those rules and blocks unauthorized writes at the source, preserving the integrity of the digital twin in real time.
Governance
Safety interventions are auditable too.
When ArcUI enforces a safety rule or corrects an out-of-range value, the intervention itself is recorded: what was attempted, what was applied, and the exact rule that fired.
Replay
The complete timeline (Session Replay).
Sessions are recorded as self-contained, hash-manifested data packages — and can be cryptographically signed for tamper-evident, non-repudiable custody. Any moment can be replayed inside the Spatial Digital Twin with the original sequence and timing — ready for peer review, audits, and debriefings.
AI agents in the loop
Internal & External AI agents — still audited.
Internally, ARIA uses tool calling to propose actions that operators must authorize (Human-in-the-Loop). Externally, ArcUI supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing AI clients to interact with the twin. Every agent action is authenticated, validated by safety contracts, and recorded in the same Session Journal. AI participation extends the audit trail — it never weakens it.

Every action attributed. Every rule enforced. Every session replayable.

Real data, real systems, real validation.

ArcUI is designed for robust, modular delivery. Whether you're building a research validation pipeline, a training simulator, or a live spatial dashboard, ArcUI handles the infrastructure layer so you can ship — or publish — in record time.

ARIA — The intelligence that never leaves your project.

ARIA knows your system. She knows what's normal, what's critical, and what your user needs to hear — before they ask. ARIA operates in two modes that cover the entire lifecycle of your project.

Before the system exists
ARIA Builder Mode
The expert that helps you design, implement, and propose the project. Describe your client's field and problem — ARIA gives you the protocol, the Context Layer config, the step-by-step build path, and the technical framing to propose it with confidence.
→ Sensor protocols and hardware mapping
→ Context Layer configuration guidance
→ Technical framing for decision-makers
→ Step-by-step build plans

Inside the client's system
ARIA Operations
The intelligence that lives inside the Unity system you build. Monitors in real time, responds to the user in natural language, detects alarms proactively — without waiting to be asked. Name configurable per installation: ENER for energy, MEDI for healthcare, whatever fits the client.
→ Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) authorization queues
→ Proactive alarm detection and assisted response
→ Automatic narrative incident reports
→ Answers grounded in your approved manual / SOPs (Knowledge Pack)

The question that opens every project
"In your current work, is there any process where you need to compare a model's predictions against experimental measurements, over time, with an audit trail you can publish afterwards?"
If the answer is yes — there is an ArcUI project there. ARIA will help you build and propose it.
Now you're ready to propose that project.

One Unity Builder. Any instrumented system.

ArcUI bridges the gap between Unity developers and domain experts — researchers, engineers, or anyone whose work depends on trustworthy data flowing in and out of a real system.

Independent by default. Collaborative by choice. Neither needs the other to get started, but when they team up, they can deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions.
