These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GUIDE platform and related services operated by Binto Learning. By accessing or using GUIDE, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using GUIDE in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using GUIDE on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

GUIDE provides general educational and informational content only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always seek the guidance of qualified professionals for specific advice relating to your situation. In case of medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Mental health content on GUIDE follows general educational guidelines. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline in your country.
To use GUIDE, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required for online consent in your country, whichever is higher). By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the GUIDE app or by visiting bintolearning.com/delete-account.html.
You agree not to use GUIDE to:
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of Premium subscription.
For digital book purchases at books.bintolearning.com, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a book purchase, contact us at partnerships@bintolearning.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All content, features, and functionality of GUIDE — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Binto Learning and protected by intellectual property laws. GUIDE™ is a trademark of Binto Learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your conversation content remains yours. By using GUIDE, you grant us a limited license to process your conversations to provide the service.
GUIDE uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for independently verifying important information before acting on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Binto Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GUIDE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
GUIDE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Binto Learning, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of GUIDE, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GUIDE at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time from within the GUIDE app or via bintolearning.com/delete-account.html.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of GUIDE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
