The 3Commas leadership ritual: remote-first, but human-always We truly believe that remote-first is the best way to work, but it only flourishes when you also have the space to meet in person, sit at the same table, and talk face-to-face for hours. Every quarter, our leadership team gathers in Barcelona for a 3-day deep dive. It's a dedicated time to step away from our screens and focus on what really moves the needle: 🔹We review the previous quarter, align on OKRs, and map out our roadmap. 🔹 We dedicate a full day to our Leadership Development Program. With 20+ nationalities in our company, last time we focused on mastering cross-cultural collaboration 🔹We believe in the power of constructive conflict. Being in the same room allows us to debate, align, and come out stronger on the other side. There's a unique energy when you combine serious business strategy with a shared cortado. We leave the room stronger, closer, and ready to tackle the crypto world together.

A trend doesn't flip in one candle. It cracks first, then breaks. Reading that crack early is most of the edge. Two signals mark it, and traders constantly mix them up. CHoCH (Change of Character) → the first crack in the trend's rhythm, when price fails to make its next expected high or low. The early beep: higher risk, but the better entry if you're right. MSS (Market Structure Shift) → the confirmed break, usually a displacement candle closing decisively through the level. The siren, not the beep: lower risk, later entry. Picture a staircase. Steps in one direction are normal structure. CHoCH is the first misstep. MSS is the staircase clearly turning the other way. What separates a clean read from a fake one: • Let the higher timeframe set your bias, then drop to a lower one to time the entry. • Judge the break on the body close, not the wick. In crypto, wicks hunt stops and trap early entries. • The strongest setup is a liquidity sweep, then a structure shift, with the displacement candle backed by volume above its recent average. Reading it is one thing. Acting on it every time, without living on the charts, is another. That's the case for automation. Pipe a TradingView alert on your structure-shift condition into a Signal Bot with a volume filter. Pause a DCA bot when structure breaks against your position. Or use a SmartTrade conditional order to enter only once the shift confirms. Set the rules when you're calm. Let the bot execute. 👉 Full breakdown with charts: https://bit.ly/4vLs5ND Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

BitMEX is built around the perpetual swap. Now you can automate it on 3Commas. Run DCA and Grid bots on BitMEX perpetual and futures markets. The same automation, applied to the exchange that invented the perp. Before you go live: • Backtest your strategy on historical data • Look at the drawdown, not just the profit • Confirm it holds up across different market conditions Then deploy with rules you set when you were calm, not mid-candle. 👉 Trade BitMEX with bots: https://bit.ly/4e8ptUk Note: BitMEX is not available to US persons or in certain restricted jurisdictions.

The DCA bot page just got an AI Strategy tab. Open it and you'll see a scrollable list of pre-backtested strategy cards. Each one shows the pair, direction, exchange, ROI, APY, and a mini PnL chart. Click a card and the backtest loads inline, right on the chart you build the bot with. No modals, no extra windows. Like what you see? Launch it straight from the card. Picking a DCA strategy used to mean digging through forms and separate backtest screens. Now it's pick, check, launch, in one place. 👉 Try the AI Strategy tab: https://bit.ly/4eQbfqo Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

BitMEX is connected to 3Commas. Here is how to run your first bot on it. 1. In 3Commas, open your exchange accounts and add BitMEX. 2. Create an API key on BitMEX with trading permissions on and withdrawals off. 3. Paste the key into 3Commas and connect. 4. Pick a perpetual or futures market and launch a DCA or Grid bot. Let the bot handle execution. 👉 Connect BitMEX: https://bit.ly/4osdIeN Note: BitMEX is not available to US persons or in certain restricted jurisdictions. Check eligibility before connecting.

We told our managers to recognize their own team members and we’re really glad they ignored that rule. We have just completed our quarterly recognition cycle at 3Commas, and honestly, the best part wasn't the bonuses themselves – it was the spirit behind them. Over 30 of our teammates received a small "thank you" in the form of a gift card, and we had the pleasure of celebrating them at our recent monthly town hall. But what really warmed our hearts was seeing who was thanking whom. We have a guideline that functional managers recognize their own teams, but this time, many of our leaders broke that rule. They asked to shout out people from other departments who went above and beyond to help them hit their goals. We saw Marketing thanking Engineering, Product giving props to HR, and so many other cross-team moments. We asked our team to share why they were nominating their colleagues, and the feedback was incredible. Here are just a few of the things people said: - “The Glue. Helping everyone, everywhere. The glue, the janitor.” - “Natural leader who holds a high bar for her work, brings clarity to complex processes, and pays close attention to every detail.” - “Adapts quickly and seamlessly... stepping up to take on additional responsibilities without compromising on quality.” - “For her incredible work with recruiting and selecting candidates. She always provides excellent, clear, and comprehensive feedback.” We want everyone at 3Commas to feel seen and appreciated. Our recognition approach celebrates people and teams who live our values, collaborate well, and deliver meaningful impact. Huge thanks to Gifted for helping us get these rewards to the right people. But an even bigger thanks to everyone who stopped to recognize the colleagues who made their work possible!

Smart Money Concepts, Part 1: the Breaker Block. New 4-part series. A breaker block is an order block that failed. Price defended a level, lost, flipped, and now that zone works the other way. Spot it: price sweeps a swing high or low, grabs stops, then breaks structure the opposite way. The last opposite-colored candle before that move is your breaker. Quick check: liquidity swept before the reversal → Breaker. Just a return to the zone → Mitigation. Part 2 next week: the Mitigation Block. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

A look behind the curtain of Quant Pilot The 3Commas team spent months listening to trader feedback. It became clear that patching legacy platforms wouldn't yield the precision or performance modern traders need. Last Wednesday we made a public launch of QuantPilot. Right now everyone can join and use our new feature. Today we want to share the reality of how our team actually works on it and asked Sebastian Pikand, the visionary behind QuantPilot and the driving force of its evolution, a couple of questions: ✏️ How did AI change your development approach on this project? Was it a tool or a full-time member of the team? We didn’t treat AI as a member of the team, we treated it as an utility to handle the heavy lifting. We integrated AI directly into our pipeline to automate code reviews and manage analytics tracking. We have also used long running AI agents to build new PoC products – the AI scaffolds the product together and therefore helps us kickstart new endeavors much faster. ✏️ Can you share principles of working with people? One of my core values I learnt at Hyper Island school was the mindset of being open to others' ideas, but also being open to kill your darlings. Ideas are fragile, we should not shout them out at a first glance. If an idea is out in the wild, others who read or hear about it, it can spoil their train of thought. So instead of brainstorming, I like when a group brainwrites, and then proceeds to openly discuss the quality and potential of ideas. ✏️ What was unexpected during the product development? We added 2 quite big features to our roadmap that were not originally planned. At the beginning of the year, we designed our roadmap, but after 1-2 months of work we added: - Arena - a community hub for backtesting competitions and strategy events - and Trading Terminal, that lets traders execute directly on Hyperliquid without leaving the platform And it was "extra" in the roadmap. The team pushed hard to deliver those features and it all was also possible thanks to AI. ✏️ The result? The platform is growing daily. If you are looking for a tool built with a focus on analytical rigor and speed, we invite you to take a look https://quantpilot.com/ ___ We are currently looking for new talent to fill several open roles.
