Not a great experience. Offers and benefits shown at the time of purchase were different from what I actually received. Cashback and coupon-related issues were also confusing, and support was not very helpful in resolving them. Overall, not very transparent. Please double-check all terms before purchasing.

It has been a good experience using Cashkaro. I got a fair amount back using Cashkaro. Now I try to use it as much as possible but there are some sites that Cashkaro doesn't support. My only issue is that sometimes the app doesn't track the transaction automatically and we have to manually put in an request. Also sometimes even after ordering through clicking from Cashkaro the vendors / sites deny that we have done a valid transaction. Apart from that there is no major issue for me.

Hi there! Thank you for your 4-star rating. Sometimes, when certain TnCs are not met, it may not track automatically and can be cancelled. Please reach out to our customer support via Chats/Calls, and we will get it checked why your orders are not tracking automatically and fix the same for you.

They do not give cashback as promised initially on the app. 1. They pay either half or even less than that on almost all purchases made through the app 2. Wait period can very well extend beyond the return or cancellation period for orders - by months, to confirm cashback, especially with partnering apps like Myntra. ... and all for no viable reason.
