How long does delivery take?
Every item is printed to order. We typically print and dispatch within 2–4 working days, then UK delivery takes 1–3 days.
What materials do you use?
Most products are printed in tough, child-safe PLA. Flexible items use TPU, and high-detail pieces use resin. Each product page lists its material.
Can I order a custom print?
Absolutely! Upload your STL, OBJ or 3MF file on our Custom Print page for an instant estimate. We confirm every quote within 24 hours.
What's your returns policy?
Stock items can be returned within 30 days. Custom prints are made just for you, so they're non-refundable unless faulty — but if anything arrives damaged we'll reprint it free.
