EMQ Expands U.S. Operations with New Boston-Area Business Hub in Kendall Square
New Cambridge office supports Central and East Coast growth as enterprises invest in real-time infrastructure for Physical AI
BOSTON, June 22, 2026 — EMQ, the company behind the EMQX Platform for device connectivity, real-time data movement, and system coordination across IoT and AI environments, today announced the opening of its new Boston-area business hub at One Broadway in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The office will serve as EMQ’s primary hub for the Central and East Coast regions, expanding the company’s U.S. footprint alongside its Silicon Valley headquarters in Menlo Park, California, which EMQ established in 2025.
The Cambridge location places EMQ in Kendall Square, a major center for robotics, AI, enterprise technology, and research. The expansion reflects growing demand for infrastructure that connects physical systems, including vehicles, factories, robots, and energy systems, to real-time data and AI-driven applications.
