CardioX develops sensor fusion technology through laboratory and field research, and licenses it to companies building products across consumer wellness, fitness equipment, regulated medical devices, and research instrumentation.
CardioX is an active research and development company. Our technology is grounded in measurement science conducted across three distinct research modes — each producing knowledge that informs partner integrations and supports their regulatory submissions where applicable.
Signal processing, sensor fusion algorithms, AI baseline modeling, hardware engineering. The work that builds the underlying capability.
Validation under real-world conditions — athletic exertion, longitudinal physiological tracking across diverse populations, extreme environments, sport-specific protocols.
Translation of measurement capabilities into specific applications. Defining what measurements matter for each use case and how to deliver them reliably.
A unified sensor fusion architecture for cardiovascular and physiological monitoring. Synchronized multi-modal capture enables measurements that no single sensor can produce in isolation.
The core architecture combines multiple sensing modalities aligned to a common clock. From this synchronized stream, the fusion engine derives Pulse Arrival Time, orthostatic hemodynamic response, vascular adaptation trend, body composition, heart rate variability, recovery curve modeling, autonomic function assessment, and arrhythmia detection.
An adaptive AI baseline models the individual user over time. The reference is the user's own physiological signature, not a population average.
The same architecture supports consumer wellness products, regulated medical devices (when partners pursue certification), fitness equipment integrations, and research instruments — a single measurement framework with multiple expressions, configurable per partner application.
CardioX licenses technology to companies building products in distinct application areas. Each comes with its own commercial structure, integration model, and partner-defined regulatory pathway.
CardioX develops and licenses the technology. Partners build the products. The division of responsibility is explicit — and so is the engagement process for serious counterparties.
CardioX Inc. was founded by an experienced team with backgrounds in signal processing, AI modeling, hardware engineering, and physiological measurement.
Founded in 2018, CardioX Inc. has built a working sensor fusion platform through years of dedicated research and development — and an ongoing program of laboratory and field research that continues to refine the technology and extend its application range.
Our role is to do the foundational measurement science and license the resulting technology. The companies that build end-products handle the regulatory, commercial, and customer dimensions of bringing those products to market.
