    You can continue developing on the M5Stack Core2 reliably. The key is to bypass UIFlow entirely and use MicroPython directly through Thonny or VS Code.

    Follow-up since a few people asked: the replacement I mentioned in that writeup, m5uploader, is now at feature parity with M5Burner - not just the login/catalog piece I had at first. Publishing and editing your own firmware, share codes, flashing over serial, all of it works now. github.com/cryptspeak/m5uploader Still early, still one dev testing, so if you flash something and it does anything weird open an issue.

    Removing C5 and L1 is not working. After one day of experiments: it's a bug in Python libs. If I swap the UART pins (5- 6) in the code, ADC works well, but RS485 doesn't work.

    I have had the same issue, but one day it works, and the next, it tells me 'login failed, check your email and password'. But then I came back 2 hours later and it worked? But now it isn't working again. Help!
