MY OWN SCRUNGLY PRINT COPY!!! I botched the hand trim job (I used a dull blade on the right side and it tore up that edge really badly HAHA. The top/bottom were trimmed with a new blade and turned out MUCH better. I experience this with printing Here We Are too (a 170p+ book) — the emotional devastation of binding something together, only to have the final (bad) trimming step wreck the whole thing. The binding took a while because there was so much thread tangle (for 8-ish signatures, 2 of those "signatures" are the front and back cover). Cricut design software is SO BAD.

I had too much fun laughing at myself while staging this photoshoot with Tsuruno and Shishido-inspired things. The sunglasses on lion represent the most genius galaxy-brained thing I did on this project. I decided to try to save money and not get the covers printed in full colour. Partway through printing my printer toner said it was OUT and I had to REPLACE IT but luckily I found a workaround to reset the message and get a few more pages printed before I have to pay $$$$$$ for new toner.

If you are a rare type who reads my ramblings and are potentially interested in a print or digital copy, you can submit your non-committal interest here! I don't make promises...but I can become motivated by the power of Shishido and Tsuruno fans...
