FAQ

Questions, answered.

How personalized is it, really?

Very. We start with your dietary restrictions, allergies, health goals, cooking skill level, household size, and budget. A real person builds your plan from scratch every week.

Do I need to be part of a partner gym?

Dishlist is offered as a service through our partner gyms, but you can also sign up directly — just tell us in the intake form.

Can you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes — this is core to what we do. Allergies, halal, vegan, low-FODMAP, or a combination of restrictions, we handle all of it.

What happens in the weekly check-in?

We reach out to hear how the week went — what you loved, what you’d change, how portions felt. That feeds directly into next week’s plan.

Can I cancel or pause?

Yes, anytime with one week’s notice. We don’t lock people into plans that aren’t working for them.
