What Is AXIS Robotics

The Distributed Scaling Infrastructure for Physical AI — contributed by everyone.

Control robots in a simulation, generate training data at scale, and help build the brain behind tomorrow's robots. All from your browser. No hardware needed.

AXIS Robotics takes a Simulation First approach: collect data through browser-based simulators, scale it through photorealistic augmentation, and train policies that deploy to real robots.

Scaling Physical AI for the Real World — Contributed by Everyone.

How It Works

Anyone with a browser can contribute. You teleoperate a simulated robot arm to complete manipulation tasks — pick up a mug, sort objects, open a drawer. Each session produces a trajectory: a complete, timestamped recording of robot joint states, object poses, control actions, and task metadata.

Behind the scenes, your trajectory is cleaned, smoothed, and replayed in an IsaacSim-based augmentation backend that expands it into thousands of photorealistic, domain-randomized training samples. These samples feed Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models and imitation learning policies that generalize across tasks, environments, and robot embodiments.

Every accepted trajectory is assigned a unique Data ID and recorded on Base, giving each trajectory a verifiable owner and provenance trail.
