Steps 1–3 apply to everyone. After that:

Dashboard only — follow step 4. Skip 5, 6, 7.
API with org-managed wallets — follow step 5. Skip 4, 6, 7.
API with delegated wallets (end users hold signing authority) — follow steps 6 and 7. Skip 4 and 5.
