How do we upgrade our plan?

Submit an upgrade request from your admin panel or contact our sales team. We will call you to confirm payment details and activate Starter or Premium on your workspace.

What payment methods can our students use?

Starter supports manual QR payments and a payment ledger for course enrollments. Premium adds eSewa and installment options, plus full order management for products and books.

Are there per-student or hidden fees?

No per-student platform fees on Premium, which includes unlimited users. Starter is a flat annual price for your workspace. Third-party payment gateway charges, if any, are billed by those providers.

Where is the platform hosted and who owns the data?

Hosting depends on your preference. We can deploy to your own server or a managed cloud environment. Your institute fully owns student records, course content, and academic data.

Is each academy's data isolated from others?

Yes. Each workspace runs in its own isolated tenant. Student data, courses, payments, and admin settings for your academy are kept separate from other institutes on the platform.

Can we use our own custom domain with SSL?

Yes. Connect your institute domain so students visit yourbrand.com instead of a generic URL. SSL is included so logins, payments, and course access stay secure.

How are logins and payments protected?

Accounts use secure authentication. Role-based access limits what staff and instructors can see. Payment flows follow standard provider security practices for QR, eSewa, and order records.

Can we export our data if we leave?

Yes. You own your academic and student data. We can help export courses, enrollments, and key records during offboarding according to your agreement and applicable regulations.
