These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kliment Paskalev Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15094793) with registered office at 197B Powerscourt Road, Portsmouth, PO2 7JH, United Kingdom, trading as DraftSEO.ai ("DraftSEO", "we", "us").
By accessing or using our website and services at draftseo.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
YouTube API Services: By using this Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
DraftSEO.ai is an AI-powered SEO content platform. Depending on your plan, the Service can generate blog articles and images using artificial intelligence, research keywords and plan a content calendar automatically ("Autopilot"), score content against competing pages, publish content to third-party platforms you connect, and optionally cross-link articles between participating customers (the "Backlink Exchange", Section 10).
We may modify, update, or change the AI models we use at any time without notice to optimize service quality, and we may add, change, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces the paid Service you receive, we will give you reasonable advance notice.
Participation in our affiliate program is governed separately by the Affiliate Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference for program participants.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, to keep your login credentials secure, and to maintain only one account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We send transactional and service emails (such as billing notices, publishing alerts, and security notices) as part of operating the Service. Marketing emails can be turned off at any time in your Profile settings.
When you complete the onboarding setup, we add a small allowance of free credits to your account (currently five) so you can try generating articles. No credit card is required, and the trial does not expire. Your free credits are the limit of the trial — each article you generate uses credits.
Merchant of Record.Our orders are sold and processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales tax and VAT, invoicing, and the execution of refunds. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. We never store your payment card details.
The Growth plan. Our plan is billed per connected website (a "site seat") at $39 per site per month, or the discounted annual rate shown at checkout. Your first website is free to connect and starts on the free trial (Section 4); to generate beyond your free credits, or to connect additional websites, you subscribe to Growth. Unless we state otherwise at checkout:
Legacy plans. Customers on our earlier tiered plans (now retired) keep the material terms of the plan they originally purchased.
Price changes.We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect from your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
14-day money-back guarantee. New subscribers may request a full refund of their first subscription purchase within 14 days of that purchase, no questions asked. To claim it, email support@draftseo.ai within the 14-day window. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. The guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals or to seats added after the initial purchase.
Other refunds. Beyond the guarantee, and except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused credits, or removed sites.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@draftseo.ai — there are no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to your plan until then.
Your inputs. You retain all rights you hold in the material you provide to the Service (prompts, keywords, brand information, and website content).
Generated content. To the extent we hold any right, title, or interest in content generated for you through your account, we assign it to you upon creation. You may use generated content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. Because AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and similar output may be produced for other users, we do not warrant that generated content is unique, protectable, or non-infringing.
License to us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publicly display, and distribute your content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service — including transmitting content to platforms you connect, serving content and images from our content delivery network, and, for integrations that work via a public feed (Section 8), serving your published articles publicly on your behalf.
AI processing. Content you submit and content generated for you — including prompts, generated articles and images, and extracts of websites you connect — is processed by third-party AI providers, currently Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and fal.ai, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you connect or analyze a website, you authorize us to access and analyze that website's content to provide the Service.
Your responsibility. AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and for everything you publish (see Section 9 for automated publishing). You may not use generated content for illegal purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to create misleading or harmful material.
The Service can connect to and publish content on third-party platforms — currently WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, Ghost, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, OpenCart, Contentful, Notion, HubSpot, Blogger, Framer, Lovable, Base44, Replit, Custom webhook, plus account-level connections such as Facebook and Google Search Console, and others we add over time. By connecting a platform, you agree that:
Facebook Pages.Connecting a Facebook Page authorizes us to post content to it via the Meta Graph API. You must have administrative rights to the Page and comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Terms. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and all connection data is deleted when you disconnect your Page.
Hosted-feed integrations. Some platforms (for example Squarespace, Lovable, Base44, and Replit) work by your website pulling a public content feed that we host. For these integrations, your published articles and images are hosted on our infrastructure and are publicly readable by anyone who has the feed address. Disconnecting the integration stops the feed from being served, but does not by itself remove content already copied onto your website.
If you enable auto-publish, scheduled publishing, or Autopilot, content is generated and published to your connected properties without a human review step. You accept full responsibility for content published this way, exactly as if you had published it manually. You can disable automated publishing at any time in your settings.
The Backlink Exchange is an optional, per-website feature that cross-links articles between participating DraftSEO customers. By enabling it for a website, you agree that:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules (Section 16).
The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Kliment Paskalev Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without prior written consent.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content hosted or served by the Service infringes your copyright, email support@draftseo.aiwith the content's location, proof of your rights, and your contact details. We review complaints promptly and may remove or disable access to infringing content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, original, or suitable for any particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing content you publish.
No SEO guarantee. We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, indexing, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Search engines change their algorithms and policies independently of us, and results vary by site and market.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service or of the third-party platforms and providers we depend on.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kliment Paskalev Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you publish through the Service, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time (Section 6).
On termination or account closure: your right to use the Service ceases; hosted-feed content stops being served (which removes the blog content displayed on websites using those integrations); content already published to your own connected platforms remains on those platforms; and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 7, 12, 14, 15, and 17 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you additionally keep any mandatory rights and protections of the country you live in, and nothing in these Terms limits them.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
