Terms of Use
Effective Date: 6-23-2026
Last Updated: 7-1-2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at eefsolutions.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Experience Experts Financial Solutions, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Overview of Services
Experience Experts Financial Solutions, LLC is an IRS-authorized Electronic Return Originator (ERO) offering tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial consulting services, along with digital financial-literacy products. The Site may be used to:
- Learn about our tax preparation, bookkeeping, and consulting services
- Schedule appointments or consultations
- Purchase or access digital products (guides, workbooks, planners, toolkits, and similar materials)
- Learn about opportunities to join our network of independent contractor tax preparers
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to perform services in a jurisdiction where we are not authorized to do so.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Not Personalized Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice
Content on the Site — including blog posts, checklists, guides, and digital products — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute personalized tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and does not create a client relationship with the Company or any preparer. Personalized tax preparation or advisory services are provided only to clients who have executed a separate signed engagement letter with the Company.
4. Digital Products
Digital products sold or distributed through the Site or through third-party platforms (including Gumroad, Etsy, and systeme.io) are licensed, not sold, to you for personal or internal business use only. Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase:
- Products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission
- All sales are final except as required by law or as separately stated in a product-specific refund policy
- Purchases made through a third-party platform are also subject to that platform’s own terms and policies
5. Tax Preparation Client Engagements
Use of the Site to request or schedule tax preparation, bookkeeping, or consulting services does not itself establish a client relationship. Services begin only after execution of a separate engagement letter, which governs matters including scope of services and consent to use or disclose tax return information as required under IRC §7216. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter controls for that engagement.
6. Independent Contractor Preparer Network
The Site may contain information for individuals interested in working with the Company as independent contractor tax preparers. Any such engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written independent contractor agreement between the Company and the contractor, and nothing on the Site or in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or contractor relationship by itself.
7. Scheduling and Appointments
The Site may use third-party scheduling tools (such as Calendly) to book appointments. Your use of any embedded third-party tool is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related accounts
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or availability
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
- Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or unsolicited advertising
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, checklists, templates, digital products, and the Company’s branding — is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted (such as a licensed digital product you have purchased), you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
11. Payment Terms
Fees for services and digital products are as stated at the time of purchase or in your engagement letter. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for all charges incurred under your account or order.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT OR PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
This limitation does not apply to liability for services rendered under a signed client engagement letter, which is governed by the terms of that letter.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. [Link to Privacy Policy]

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Company or other users.
