How long does a Free card remain available?
A Free card remains available for 24 hours after completion. Once it expires, it can no longer be opened.
What does Premium include?
Premium lets you add photos, write a longer message, edit after completion, keep the card forever, send it by email and export it as a vertical video. It also removes Emocia branding and the Free label.
When can I upgrade to Premium?
You can upgrade anytime while the card is available. Premium unlocks photos, a longer message, video export, email delivery and forever access for that card.
Is Premium a subscription?
No. Premium costs $2.99 as a one-time payment for one card.
Does the recipient need an account or app?
No. The recipient opens the card directly in their browser through the private link you send them.
Is the card private?
The card is not publicly listed on Emocia and is shared through a private link. Anyone with the link can open it while the card is available, so only send it to people you trust.
