I spend my time connecting the dots between wellbeing, culture and storytelling.

Throughout my career, I’ve moved fluidly across industries and spaces, guided by change as a constant, energizing principle.

From 2018 to 2024, I served as the co-founder and CEO of LOOM, a sexual and reproductive health information app for women. After its acquisition by Perelel Health in 2024, I joined their team as a strategic advisor and education advocate.

Before that, I spent a decade as a full-spectrum doula and health educator, dedicated to helping women thrive at every stage of life. In 2017, I published Nurture: A Modern Guide to Pregnancy, Birth, Early Motherhood and Trusting Yourself and Your Body a trusted resource for expectant and new parents around the world.

From 2021 to 2023, I co-hosted The goop Podcast, leading conversations at the intersection of wellbeing and culture.

Today, through my creative studio ISE ISE, I advise global brands and emerging startups on innovation strategy, storytelling, and social impact. My clients and collaborators have included Nike, Rhode, Seed and Nordstrom. I’m also creating original television projects, including a series currently in development with Hulu and 20th Television.

In 2026, I joined Refinery29 Unbothered as Senior Vice President of Brand and Editorial Content, helping shape the next chapter of one of culture’s most influential platforms for women.
