Announcement of Closure – Ezrinix, LLC

It is with a heavy heart that we must announce that Ezrinix, LLC will be closing its doors and ceasing all operations. Since our founding on December 12, 2022, as a registered Limited company, our mission has been to provide reliable, budget-friendly web and hosting solutions out of Chicago, secured by Path.net.

Over the past two and a half years, we have navigated every high and low—celebrating achievements, overcoming challenges, and learning from each experience. Throughout our journey, we also explored and offered hosting locations in Amsterdam protected by RoyaleHosting and Australia protected by OVH to better serve your global needs. None of this would have been possible without the trust you placed in us and the opportunity you gave our small, dedicated team to serve your hosting needs.

We are profoundly grateful to every individual and organization who chose Ezrinix for your web and hosting services. Your support, feedback, and loyalty have been the cornerstone of our journey. While we deeply regret that our path must now come to an end, we remain committed to ensuring a smooth transition:

• Data Retrieval & Support: Clients may retrieve their data within a 14-day period (May 30th). Our team will be available by email at [email protected] through June 30, 2025 to assist you with any questions, final data exports, or guidance on migrating your services elsewhere.
• Outstanding Commitments: We will not be charging for this month's service fees—your invoice for May 2025 is waived. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected].

Additionally, we highly recommend Hosturly, who have been our own providers and have given us an exceptional level of support—keeping us online even past payment deadlines. We trust you will be in good hands with their team.
