Sound Baths

Sound Bath (Hamilton Pilates Studio)

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of instruments including crystal bowls, chimes and the wave drum. As the sounds wash over you, they help calm the mind, release tension in the body and create a sense of inner harmony.

Please bring a bottle of water and wear light comfortable clothing.

Mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks will be provided however you can also bring your own for added comfort.

Contraindications:
- Participants must be 18+ years of age
- Not suitable for pregnancy
- Not suitable for those with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices
- Not suitable for those with epilepsy or sensitivity to sound-induced seizures
- Not suitable for those with severe mental health conditions
- Not suitable for those with recent body trauma and surgery

By participating, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your well-being and confirm that you have no contraindicating health conditions.
Participants will be asked to sign an electronic consultation form, acknowledging the above points, prior to the event to comply with the requirements of Face & Float's insurance.

I had an asmr facial today with Lauren and it was complete BLISS. Lauren made me feel so comfortable and was so personable. The whole experience was so relaxing! I’ll definitely go back and couldn’t recommend enough!

Lauren was very welcoming to my first sound bath experience! Was all set up lovely and smell in the room was amazing! It was great everything was supplied for you!
The actual sound bath itself was a fantastic experience! So relaxing I felt it took me to a different world!

I recently visited Face and Float's sound bath experience in Hamilton. Well what can I say? From the moment I entered, Lauren made me feel welcome and at ease. The space smelled amazing (like a spa) and the layout was fantastic. The experience itself was incredible - I left feeling so much lighter and had such a great sleep after. It was such an amazing, relaxing experience and Lauren was fantastic.
I would highly, highly recommend anyone to try Face and Float for their wonderful facials, massages and sound bath experiences - I will definitely be back. Thanks again, Lauren x

Yet again a fantastic experience. Just what I needed after a busy week at work. Came out feeling relaxed and had a good nights sleep. Highly recommend trying this.

Sound bath was delightful. Lauren is very gentle and takes you through step by step. The sounds are lovely and aromatherapy smell throughout the session. Looking forward to my next session.
