• Fixed a false positive issue in the no-unnecessary-type-assertion rule where generic non-null assertions were incorrectly reported. (PR #11967, released in v8.54.0)
• Added proper handling for environments with strictNullChecks disabled in the no-useless-default-assignment rule. (PR #12000, released in v8.55.0)
