The final day of #IGeLU2025 wrapped up three intense and inspiring days in Siena. The community reflected on the role of libraries in AI-driven services, discovery beyond the catalogue, and the evolving integration of teaching and learning. Sessions showcased experiences on metadata innovation, large-scale Alma and Primo implementations, and strategies for collaboration and engagement. The day culminated with the closing keynote by Andrea Bonaccorsi (University of Pisa), who challenged us to rethink how we can measure and value book bibliometrics. The Farewell Session, led by Dave Allen (IGeLU Chair), was a moment of gratitude and celebration with the farewell to Guido Badalamenti, one of the pillars of IGeLU and the thanks to the conference organizers François Renaville, Giulia La Versa, and the PCO team of the University of Siena for their outstanding commitment. The prize draw generously supported by Ex Libris, from Clarivate, Riven and Springshare. And finally the exciting announcement that the 2026 IGeLU Conference will be in Taipei, Taiwan!
