Our second Circa - CS & CSX Network meetup happened last Saturday at The Hive - Flexible Workspaces in Chennai and it reminded us why we started this community in the first place. 🤍 It was so nice to see many familiar faces walk through the door. What followed was a room full of honest conversations, thoughtful questions, witty jokes and shared experiences. Most importantly, people left feeling a little more connected than when they arrived. This will one-up 🆙 your live chat support experience, again! Last night, Knowledge Capture on SupportWire got yet another major upgrade. 1. All your captures from hundreds of sources (soon) will now be in drafts. You control what knowledge goes in and stays out into Kal (SupportWire's AI Agent). 2. There's now a dedicated settings page for Knowledge Capture allowing you to configure which channels on Slack to listen to and eventually add more integrations as well. 3. Every captured entry now carries its source: the channel, who posted it, and a link straight back to the original Slack message. So you always know where a piece of Kal's knowledge came from. We are aggressively improving SupportWire's experience for our customers everyday. I can't wait to show you something we've been working on. That's for another day.

On Saturday, I hosted my very first event. Circa - CS & CSX Network Vol. 01. I am still processing how well it went! 🤩 This was my first event after resuming work postpartum, and it will always have a special place. The energy in the room was something I did not expect. Customer success and support people from different companies in Chennai, openly sharing how AI is changing their work - the kind of honest conversations you rarely get in a formal setting. We recently wrapped up the very first volume of Circa - CS & CSX Network by Skcript here in Chennai, and I am still reflecting on the incredible insights from the afternoon. The biggest takeaway? AI isn't just about automation or reducing ticket volumes anymore. It is fundamentally shaping how CS and CX teams operate, what we measure, and how we deliver real value to customers. Moving past the buzzwords to talk about what is actually working (and what is breaking) in real-world customer operations was incredibly eye-opening. Today we did a kick off event of the Circa series with a bunch of customer support managers from different companies. Probably this is the first event we organize outside the boundary of developers and programmers. 🚀 The energy in the room was amazing as the people had exchanged so many questions with the panelists and the speakers. Both Swathy Ravisankar and Sathi B. did a great job with the overall event and kudos to them for pulling this off in such a great way 🎉 Thanks to Lakshmi Narayanan G., Rathna kumar & Vanajakkshi Nagharajun for sharing so much knowledge to the people and I enjoyed the discussions we had. Would love to see more of your insights in the future events. Karthik K and I already decided to invest more on this community going forward and bring up the old chennai vibe like how it was in 2013. Will be coming up with systems and process for more such organized events in the future and eventually getting to organize a yearly conference for so many teams that are cornerstone for the tech industry.
