Yes! We are a community run club and there’s no cost to join.

How far are the runs?

Approximately 5 to 6km with the occasional shorter or slightly longer one thrown in.

I don't know if I can run 5km

No Worries. There is no pressure to run the whole way. There will always be walking breaks or we can work out a short cut if the distance is too much. A 5k walk can be done in about an hour.

No membership required, just keep an eye on our socials to see run details, turn up and run with us.

Where do runs take place?

We meet for Sunday Pack Runs in various locations in the Sutherland Shire, often on trails in the Royal National Park. We also occasionally meet at local parkrun events on Saturdays.

What should I bring to a run?

Comfortable running gear, water, and a positive attitude!

What happens if I can’t keep up?

No worries, we adjust to the slowest runner and stick together. No one gets left behind.

Do you do social meetups after runs?

Yes, we often grab a post-run coffee at a local cafe.
