A machine took my money.

Please check if there is a balance listed on the screen of the machine. If there is, please press "cancel", "X", or the change (round plastic button) once. Your money should be dispersed in coins. If you do not see a balance on screen, then please take a picture of the occurrence and send to our customer service so we may investigate.

My credit card was charged an extra 25 cents.

For purchases made using a credit card there is a surcharge of .25 cents added to each transaction. All cash purchases are discounted of the .25 cent charge.

I purchase a product and it did not dispense.

Our machines are equipped with state of the art drop sensors, if a product does not fall, your money will be reimbursed immediately. If you paid using a credit card, please note that the transaction will be listed as pending, and it should drop in the next few days.

We are more than welcome to assist you, please take pictures of the machine, the issue and other relevant information. Also please take note of the machine ID (next to the QR code on the top of the machine screen) location, time and date of the issue. With those in hand, please contact our customer service so that we may help you further.
