How can I place a custom order & how much does it cost?

Click on the Custom Art Request button. Fill out the form with all of your details to receive a quote. All pricing depends on size of wood and design. There are a variety of sizes and budgets. Customs usually take between 2 to 3 weeks, sometimes sooner or later depending on the season.

Where can I purchase an original piece?

All of my originals are sold as first come, first served. If you see a piece you like on any of my socials, just send me a message! All available artwork will also be posted in my 'available' highlights on Instagram. Shipping in the U.S. typically takes around 3 to 5 business days. International shipping can take between 2 to 5 weeks depending on location.

What do I get by buying through your Razertip affiliate code?

Using code: Andreina or just clicking on the link above, will get you 5% off of your total purchase. Razertip are tools I have been using for more than 5 years. I recommend them to pyrographers of all levels. You'll always receive high quality wood burning tools.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Every piece is handmade and takes a lot of time. I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues do not hesitate to send me a message so we can find a suitable resolution. Keep in my mind that everything I ship is through USPS. If your mail is damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or insurance payout by filing a claim with USPS.

What payments do you accept?

I accept all cards, Google pay, apple pay, and after pay through the payment checkout link above. After pay can approve payment plans, if you do not want to pay everything up front. Venmo is also an option, if that is easier for you. @reinamor
