Can LobeHub be used for free?

LobeHub always adheres to the open-source concept. For professional developers, you can use all open-source capabilities through self-deploying the community edition. In the LobeHub Cloud version, we provide 500,000 free calculating credits for all registered users every month, ready to use without complex configurations. If you need more usage, you can subscribe to Starter, Premium, or Ultimate.

What are calculating credits?

Calculating credits is a metric used to measure the usage of AI models when LobeHub Cloud. The credit consumption varies for different AI models.

What to do if calculating credits are insufficient?

The LobeHub Cloud subscription plans are divided into Starter, Premium, and Ultimate, each providing different amounts of calculating credits. If the current plan's calculating credits are insufficient, we recommend considering upgrading the plan. Additionally, you can set up custom model API keys to use API usage purchased from other channels.

How to change or cancel a subscription plan?

On the Subscribe page, you can 'upgrade/downgrade' the current subscription plan and switch between annual or monthly billing. By clicking 'Usage Statistics-Manage Subscription', you can go to Stripe for subscription management and cancel the current subscription at any time. After unsubscribing, it will automatically downgrade to the free version when the current plan expires.

Will the points be reset monthly?

Yes, the points will be reset monthly. After purchasing a subscription, points will be added immediately upon upgrade and will increase monthly. The points will reset at the end of each billing cycle.

Are there discounts for students or education institutions?

Yes. Write to us at hello@lobehub.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will provide a 50% discount code for eligible applicants. You must sent with your school or education institution email address, and you have to provide a valid proof of your student or education institution status.
