  • "Most merchants are driving a Ferrari at 30 mph." Matthew Lawson of Ribble Cycles said it on stage, and it echoed nearly every conversation we had in London. Businesses keep buying new tech while barely using what they already own. We spent the last week across two events, Meet Magento UK 2026 and the eCommerce Forum. Three things worth taking from it: 1. AI has moved from "should we?" to "how?" And the how starts with data and processes, not tools. Stop tool-shopping, organise your data, and automate the repetitive work most teams never get to. 2. Psychology still beats technology. Clear is kind, unclear is rude (Scott Gould), and most "conversion problems" are really clarity problems. People value what they help build, which is why configurators and quizzes convert, and the story shouldn't end at checkout. 3. The gap is wide open. Everyone's experimenting with AI, but almost no one has it running across the business, and search is being rewritten as buyers ask AI assistants instead of Google. The lead goes to whoever moves first. This is the work we're already deep in, from AI-assisted development to finding where AI actually pays off. Proud to represent Magebit in London with Valentine Kudinov, Kristaps Lagzdiņš and Sanita Matule. Is your store a Ferrari stuck at 30?

  • A premium brand selling on a slow, fragmented site sends the wrong message before a customer even reaches the cart. Swiss Cuban Cigars had the reputation but not the experience: outdated design, shaky SEO, and disconnected stock across a growing multi-site network. That gap was costing orders. So we rebuilt it from the ground up: - A full front-end overhaul with a custom Venta design - Linnworks integration to sync stock with Magento 2 - Performance and SEO work that passed Core Web Vitals - Unified branding across storefronts using Venta templates The results: +11,300 monthly organic visits +21.37% returning customers +86% traffic from the US market Swipe to see how it came together.

  • Q2 in review, and what it means if you work with us. 1. We're now ISO 27001 certified. The way we handle your store and your customers' data is independently audited, so when your security team reviews us, we already clear it. 2. We're now ISO 9001 certified too. That means consistent delivery: the same quality of work no matter who on our team is on your project, or how fast you grow. 3. The team also earned 21 new certifications across Shopify, Hyvä, Adobe and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The people on your project already know the platform. 4. We also took the whole team through what's changing for EU ecommerce: the EU AI Act, the new right-of-withdrawal rules, and the import-duty changes. So none of it catches your store off guard. Certifications and staying ahead of the rules come down to the same promise: fewer surprises, and a safer partner to grow with. Onto Q3.

  • AI is the loudest conversation in eCommerce right now. At Meet Magento France, the CEO of Hyvä made a quieter case. The real edge is owning your code. Willem Wigman closed the main stage with that message. Owning your code lets merchants harness AI while keeping control of their data and their margins. What stood out to us: 1. Magento's open architecture gives merchants the freedom to innovate as AI evolves. It's a mindset that aligns closely with how we build Adobe Commerce stores at Magebit. 2. Hyvä's new POS brings online and in-store operations closer together, a big step for multichannel merchants. 3. Off the stage, merchants told us the same. They want stability and security as cyber attacks rise, and clearer insight into their data to make smarter decisions. As an ISO-certified partner, we're committed to helping them do exactly that. We were proud to represent Magebit in Paris with Nigel Leadbitter and Liva Engere. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the booth, and to the clients and partners we met along the way.

  • Working with a Fortune 500 company leaves no room for guesswork. Henry Schein France needed a new dental store online that followed their corporate brand guide, met their legal and operational requirements, and still launched in a few months. They chose us as the team behind the Venta theme. So here's what we did: - Designed and branded the store to match their guide. - Did the full Magento build: Venta theme setup, integrations and customizations. - Ran it on Hyvä, Venta and Amazon Web Services (AWS) so it could launch quickly. -Set the strategy and timeline through to go-live. Return on ad spend went up 25%, new organic users 48%, and total sales 41%. Swipe to see how it came together. 👇
