The Wasteland is expanding with a new class of nodes built for the next era of search: AI-Seek.

Sneak peek from the Series IV works by Smokenmirrors

Traditional search begins with words. AI-Seek goes deeper — transforming human queries into vectors that represent their underlying meaning, then navigating the relationships between ideas to uncover the most relevant information.

Put simply: keywords search for what something says. AI-Seek searches for what it means.

The newest additions to the Wasteland Web Series NFT collection explore that transformation through a wide range of visual interpretations. Tangled signals become ordered pathways. Surface questions reveal hidden worlds beneath them. Natural landscapes conceal intelligent digital systems. Abstract forms move from chaos to structure, while anthropomorphic Seekers emerge as scouts and guardians of this new semantic frontier.

Each collection so far — The Wasteland Web and The Nodeborn — has come from Smokenmirrors, each building out another layer of the same mythology (Collapse Era, Rebellion Era, Emergence Era, and onward) tying node types to the story of the network reclaiming itself from centralized platforms.

🎨About Smokenmirrors

Smokenmirrors is a digital artist known for immersive world-building and underground internet narratives. Find Smokenmirrors on Character.AI.

You can explore and find all of the pieces on OpenSea here.

Some pieces are cinematic and photorealistic; others draw from collage, woodblock printing, stained glass, textiles, pixel art, retro comics, and handmade miniatures. Each approaches the same central idea differently: turning an unstructured human thought into coordinates a machine can understand.

More than a visual evolution, AI-Seek represents a new layer of infrastructure. These GPU-powered nodes provide the horsepower required to run context-understanding models and help the network move beyond simple keyword matching toward deeper, meaning-based discovery.

The old machines searched for words.

The Seekers hunt for meaning.

Auction Details

Dates: July 22 @ 9am — July 26 @ 9pm PST

Supply: 75 AI-Seek Node Licenses

Mode: Always Online

Target APR: 20%

Node Economics

Reward: ~$36.50/month

Reserve Price: 75,000 PRE

Stake: 27,500 PRE

Minimum Throughput: 2.5M tokens/day

Minimum Requirements

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 30 Series+ (12GB VRAM)

RAM: 10GB+ (4GB per additional GPU)

Storage: 40GB

Internet: High-speed, always on

Dedicated IP: Not required

🔗 Auction page: https://account.presearch.com/nft/auctions
(link activates when bidding opens)

Eligibility

Both Web2 and Web3 participants can compete.

Register at Presearch.com

Deposit PRE into your Presearch wallet in advance

Prepare your PRE.

The movement continues…

We’re launching the Series IV Node Auction: 75 AI-Seek Node Licenses, bringing decentralized GPU infrastructure into Presearch’s AI search stack.

Why now

Over the past year, AI made it easy to mass-produce low-quality content designed to game search rankings.

We temporarily took the index down to build an AI model that could identify and remove it. That cleanup is now complete.

But it also showed us that the CPU-based C-Seek nodes that powered search results can’t keep pace with what AI search now requires.

The next phase requires GPU-powered nodes that can run context-understanding models at scale.

That evolution starts with these 75 AI-Seek nodes.

Where We Stand: The Node Network So Far

Series IV isn’t a reboot — it’s the next layer on infrastructure the community already built.

Since December 2025, three sold-out Node NFT auctions have put hundreds of Node Licenses into community hands.

All told, three consecutive sold-out auctions have now removed 30M+ PRE from circulation and placed 618 Node Licenses into the network:

Genesis (Series I) — The Wasteland Web (Dec 2025): 142 Crawler, Vector, and C-Seek node licenses, sold out in under 24 hours with every license clearing at more than double the reserve price.

Series II — The Nodeborn (Feb 2026): sold out too, pushing our total to 418 Node Licenses sold. It pulled more than twice the PRE out of circulation than Genesis did, with every reserve price bid up over 50%.

Series III (200 Vector Nodes): our third consecutive sold-out auction, and the largest deflationary event in Presearch history — 15.7M+ PRE removed from circulation, surpassing the combined proceeds of the first two auctions. Demand here was driven by two things: the need for more Vector Node capacity to scale index coverage and result quality, and rising enterprise demand for Vectorization-as-a-Service, turning raw content and databases into structured, natural-language queryable systems.

This momentum is exactly why we kept going: some community members missed their shot at the earlier auctions, and demand hasn’t let up. At the same time, we’ve learned that a sold-out license count isn’t the same as an active-node count — some holders run the infrastructure themselves, others hold the NFT or trade it on secondary markets like OpenSea. Both are healthy and expected, but it’s also why we keep expanding supply as real operating demand shows up.

Each of these node types plays a distinct role inside Presearch’s Node Orchestration Layer — the backbone that powers Indee, our independent index, and the broader Presearch 3.0 architecture. Crawlers go out and surface the frontier content mainstream search misses. Vectors turn that raw content into structured, searchable knowledge. C-Seek nodes have handled query-to-vector conversion. AI-Seek nodes are the newest layer, adding the GPU horsepower context-understanding models require.

That’s also why we’re retiring C-Seek. We don’t see a long-term role for it in the orchestration layer now that AI-Seek takes over that function, so instead of leaving C-Seek holders stranded, we built the trade-in program below — full credit toward AI-Seek now, or Vector/Crawler in future auctions.

On the art side: every collection so far — The Wasteland Web and The Nodeborn — has come from Smokenmirrors, each building out another layer of the same mythology (Collapse Era, Rebellion Era, Emergence Era, and onward) tying node types to the story of the network reclaiming itself from centralized platforms.

We haven’t dropped the art for this new collection yet — Smokenmirrors is still cooking up the next chapter for the AI-Seek sale, so consider this your heads-up before it lands.

From the Smokenmirrors Wasteland Web Collection

Why it matters

AI-Seek nodes expand Presearch’s AI search capabilities using distributed, community-run GPUs.

The AI understands context, not just keywords. Search “Are we alone?” and it recognizes you likely mean “Are we alone in the universe?”, surfacing relevant results across phrasing, without tracking you or storing your browsing history to get there.

Auction Details

Dates: July 22 @ 9am — July 26 @ 9pm PST

Supply: 75 AI-Seek Node Licenses

Mode: Always Online

Target APR: 20%

Node Economics

Reward: ~$36.50/month

Reserve Price: 75,000 PRE

Stake: 27,500 PRE

Minimum Throughput: 2.5M tokens/day

C-Seek Trade-In

If you’re running a C-Seek node, we know search volume has been low the past couple of months, and this transition is part of why.

To recognize that investment, we’re offering:

45,000 PRE rebate toward an AI-Seek purchase

Perpetual program: usable toward AI-Seek, Vector, or Crawler nodes in future auctions

C-Seek NFT is burned upon redemption

Minimum Requirements

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 30 Series+ (12GB VRAM)

RAM: 10GB+ (4GB per additional GPU)

Storage: 40GB

Internet: High-speed, always on

Dedicated IP: Not required

🔗 Auction page: https://account.presearch.com/nft/auctions
(link activates when bidding opens)

Eligibility

Both Web2 and Web3 participants can compete.

Register at Presearch.com

Deposit PRE into your Presearch wallet in advance

Prepare your PRE.

The internet was not supposed to feel this controlled.

Search used to feel simple. You asked for something, and the web opened up. You clicked around. You found strange sites, useful answers, unexpected rabbit holes, and perspectives you were not already being fed.

Today, search often feels different.

More algorithmic. More personalized. More cluttered. More shaped by invisible systems deciding what they think you want before you even finish asking.

That is why independent search matters.

Presearch exists because the web should not be controlled by a handful of companies. Search should not depend on profiling you, tracking you, or trapping you inside someone else’s ecosystem. It should help you find what you are actually looking for.

And right now, keeping independent search alive matters more than ever.

The Four-Part Framework

As we think about Presearch’s next stage of growth, we have been mapping our message around a simple four-part framework:

Mission. Brand. Product. Fight.

These are the layers that turn users into supporters, and supporters into evangelists.

Most marketing only answers one question:

“What does the product do?”

But great brands answer four deeper questions:

Why should I care?
Why should I believe?
Why should I remember?
Why should I tell someone else?

For Presearch, the answer is clear.

Mission: Independent Search Matters

This is our emotional foundation.

Presearch is one of the last truly independent search engines. That matters because users may not all agree on what the perfect search engine should look like, but most people can agree on something much simpler:

Independent search should exist.

The open web should have alternatives.

Search should not be monopolized.

People should be able to explore without being constantly profiled, predicted, and pushed into algorithmic lanes.

This gives users a reason to care beyond features. It creates ownership, loyalty, urgency, and identity. Presearch becomes more than another search option. It becomes something worth preserving.

Independent Search Matters.

Keep Independent Search Alive.

Brand: Search Like It Used To Be

This is the feeling.

Not a technical claim. Not a feature list. A feeling.

People remember when search felt cleaner, faster, and more direct. They remember when the internet felt less optimized, less cluttered, and less shaped around engagement loops.

That nostalgia is powerful because it is positive. It is not about going backward. It is about bringing back the part of search people miss most:

The feeling that you could simply ask for something and explore the web for yourself.

That is the emotional space Presearch can own.

Search Like It Used To Be.

Simple. Private. Direct.

Vintage by design.

Product: Less Algorithm. More Internet.

This is where we explain what Presearch actually does.

Instead of leading with privacy, decentralization, blockchain, nodes, AI, or tokenomics, we focus on the experience.

Ask for X. Get X.

Search what you want. Get what you asked for.

Presearch does not build a profile of you to decide who it thinks you are. It does not personalize results around a surveillance-based identity. It simply helps you search the web more directly.

That is easy for people to understand.

It is also easy for them to test.

Search something on Presearch. See how it feels. Compare the experience. Decide for yourself.

Less algorithm. Less clutter. More internet.

The Fight: Presearch Isn’t Listening

Every memorable movement needs a fight.

For Presearch, the fight is not against one company, one technology, or one political side.

The fight is surveillance.

People know the feeling. They talk about phones listening to them. They notice ads following them around. They feel like the internet is watching them, predicting them, and quietly building a version of them in the background.

Whether every fear is technically accurate is not the point.

The feeling is real.

Presearch gives people a simple contrast:

Presearch isn’t listening.

That is memorable. It is visual. It is culturally understandable. And it gives people a reason to talk about Presearch without needing a technical explanation or a privacy lecture.

The villain is surveillance.

The answer is independent, private search.

The Evangelist Test

If someone asks a Presearch user, “Why do you use Presearch?” the answer should be simple enough to say in ten seconds:

“Because independent search matters. It feels like search used to be. It takes my search literally instead of profiling me and serving up what it thinks I want.”

That is the story.

No crypto explanation required.

No technical deep dive required.

No privacy lecture required.

Just a simple reason people can understand, remember, and repeat.

We Need Your Help

This is one of the most important moments in Presearch’s history.

We have reached an existential fork in the road: grow or die.

For years, we have been building an independent search engine powered by a decentralized network, while protecting user privacy along the way. But none of it matters if people do not use it.

The fastest path to sustainability is not another fundraising round.

It is more searches.

Enterprise partnerships, GPU services, and new revenue streams are all in motion, but they take time. Search volume helps today.

So we are asking our community to step up.

While our privacy ad stack generates real revenue, it does not yet cover our operating costs. To attract additional investment and keep building, we need to demonstrate sustained growth in users and search volume.

That means every search matters.

Every default search setting matters.

Every friend you tell matters.

Every post, comment, thread, and share matters.

Why Should People Care?

Here is the simple version:

Presearch is one of the last truly independent search engines.

It’s simple. It’s search the away it used to be.

Less algorithm. Less clutter. More internet.

Search what you want. Get what you asked for.

Explore freely. Stay anonymous.

No creepy tracking. No profiling. No surveillance-based targeting.

Independent Search Matters.

What You Can Do

Search more.

Make Presearch your default search engine.

Install the Presearch mobile app.

Install the browser extension.

Tell four friends to switch.

Jump into comment sections and explain why you use Presearch.

Share Presearch on X, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, blogs, forums, and wherever you spend time online.

This does not need to be complicated. The goal is simple:

Help more people discover independent search before it is too late.

Making Search Fun Again

We are also making Presearch more memorable with new creative formats designed to drive curiosity, clicks, engagement, and repeat searches.

The idea is simple:

Curiosity leads to search.

Search leads to discovery.

Discovery builds habit.

These creative formats turn questions, facts, quotes, language, and internet culture into reasons to search.

They are designed to make Presearch feel more entertaining, recognizable, and worth coming back to.

We already use quotes from around the world in many languages that people seem to really enjoy, and sowe are expanding that idea with new repeatable formats:

Gen-Z Dictionary
Internet slang turned into a searchable moment.
Why it works: people hate not understanding what everyone else is talking about.

Fun Facts Bottle Cap
Tiny curiosity hits inspired by classic bottle-cap facts.
Why it works: small doses of curiosity are incredibly clickable.

Life Hack Retro Search Terminal
Simple, useful searches wrapped in a vintage internet feel.
Why it works: it reinforces Presearch as a simple search tool, vintage by design.

Fact Check Grandma Library Card
Old sayings, family claims, and things we all heard growing up, turned into search prompts.
Why it works: everyone wants to know whether those familiar claims are actually true.

These formats are not just ads. They are behavior loops.

They remind people to be curious.

They give people a reason to search.

They help make Presearch feel alive.

The Message Going Forward

This is the framework:

Mission: Independent Search Matters.
Brand: Search Like It Used To Be.
Product: Less Algorithm. Less Clutter. More Internet.
Fight: Presearch Isn’t Listening.

Together, these create a story people can remember and repeat.

Presearch is not just another search engine.

It is independent search.

It is simple, private, and direct.

It is search that takes you literally.

And it needs people who still believe the open web is worth protecting.

Independent Search Matters.

The Biggest Privacy Scandal in History Hasn’t Been Discovered Yet

You know the feeling. You say something out loud…a trip you’ve been toying with, a brand of running shoes, a health worry you haven’t told another soul — and a few hours later there it is on your screen, waiting for you.

An ad. A “recommended for you.” A nudge too specific to be random and too fast to be chance. So you do what almost everyone does now. You glance at your phone a little suspiciously and you wonder: is this thing listening to me?

Here’s what you’ve been told. It isn’t. Researchers have pulled apart thousands of apps hunting for secret recordings and come up empty-handed. Just this year, regulators fined a media company nearly a million dollars for bragging to advertisers that it could eavesdrop through your devices, because it turned out the company couldn’t actually do it. The official answer is delivered with a pat on the head: relax, you’re imagining it, it’s a coincidence.

But you’re not imagining the ad. You’re not imagining the price. And you’re not imagining that something out there seems to know you better than it has any right to. So let’s say the part nobody in this industry wants to say plainly:

We know you’re listening and we’re tired of it. It’s creepy and we know one day the truth will come out. One day, headlines will read, “Executives Extorted Following Exposure of Years of Archived Device Recordings.” Hackers Release Private Audio Archives, Exposing Thousands of Users. Corporate Leaders Blackmailed Using Voice Data Collected Through Consumer Devices Family Discovers Years of Private Conversations Included in LLM training data

⛽ The Machines Are Hungry: AI Pours Gasoline on the Fire

The AI race has created a powerful incentive to collect first and ask permission later. The world’s largest technology companies are engaged in a frantic scramble to acquire as much human-generated data as possible while regulations remain fragmented and enforcement struggles to keep pace. Searches, conversations, photos, videos, emails, purchases, locations, browsing habits — everything is potential training material. The result is a modern digital land rush where personal data has become the most valuable resource on Earth. While lawmakers debate guardrails, AI firms continue building massive repositories of human behavior, betting that whatever rules eventually emerge won’t force them to give back what they’ve already collected.

You’ve been narrating your life to your devices for years. They know what you want and when you want it. And they know far more than they should. Sometimes it’s the microphone. Sometimes it’s the profile they all have on you, the one they built with all your behavior online over the years (combined with the eavesdropping). Every location you’ve visited. Every search you’ve typed. Every product you’ve compared. Every cart you’ve abandoned. Every late-night rabbit hole. Every app quietly collecting data in the background.

Stitch those signals together across all your devices and platforms, and a detailed profile emerges — one that knows what you’re interested in, what you’re worried about, what you’re likely to buy, and increasingly, what you’re willing to pay.

This is the surveillance economy, and it runs on a simple trade most people never agreed to: your attention and your privacy in exchange for “free.” An entire shadow market of data brokers exists to buy, package, and resell the profile of you — your habits, your assumed income, your health inferences, your weak moments. You will likely never see this profile. You certainly never approved it. But the systems that use it know exactly who they think you are.

👁️ When Surveillance Starts Setting Your Price

For years, all of this was aimed at deciding which ads you’d see. That was the old game. The new one is more direct, and it reaches into your wallet.

Regulators have started raising the alarm about a practice called surveillance pricing: using your personal data to decide not what you see, but what you pay. The Federal Trade Commission’s own study found that companies use details as intimate as your location, your demographics, your browsing patterns, even your mouse movements on a page, to tailor an individual price to an individual person. One example the agency described is chillingly ordinary: a seller infers from your recent purchases that you’re a new parent, infers from your searches that your baby is sick, and quietly offers you fast-delivery baby supplies at a premium — because desperate parents will pay it.

Two people. The same product. Different prices. Not because the product changed. Because the profile changed.

This isn’t a thought experiment. One investigation into a grocery-delivery platform found its pricing system could push some shoppers’ bills up by hundreds of dollars a year for the very same cart. Lawmakers have opened formal investigations. One state has already moved to ban the practice outright, and another now forces companies to admit, in writing, when a price was set by an algorithm using your personal data. The internet was supposed to make pricing transparent. Instead, your data is quietly becoming a surcharge.

And before someone points out that there is no smoking-gun headline proving your devices are secretly recording every conversation, that’s exactly the point. You won’t find court records full of leaked audio archives or front-page stories confirming it — at least not yet. What you will find is everyone you know who you ask has experienced the same unsettling pattern: mentioning a product, a destination, or a life event, only to see eerily relevant ads appear shortly afterward.

🛡️ Telling Anecdote

One thing we found fascinating while writing this article was how consistently AI systems responded to the topic. Ask about device surveillance, hidden data collection, or the possibility that companies know more than they admit, and the answer is remarkably predictable: “there’s no evidence,” “experts disagree,” “maybe,” followed by a blatant redirection toward a more acceptable conclusion. It’s as if the conversation itself gets moderated in real time. Not censored outright, but nudged. Sanded down. Reframed.

The result is a world where people are encouraged to discuss what has already been proven, but discouraged from asking what might be true, what incentives exist, and what future revelations could emerge once the full extent of the surveillance economy is finally understood.

⚠️ Data Broker Misdirection Delight

And some of the “people” profiting from the surveillance economy are perfectly happy for you to keep arguing about whether your phone is secretly recording you.

That debate is a gift to them.

It keeps the conversation focused on a question that’s difficult to prove, while distracting from what is already proven, already legal, and already happening every day: the collection, aggregation, and monetization of your digital life.

While everyone argues about the microphone, the profile keeps growing.

You were told to watch the microphone.

And you should. Just as a piece of tape covers your laptop camera.

That’s what makes this moment so fascinating. Whenever the topic comes up, the conversation immediately gets pulled into a debate about whether our devices are actively listening to us. The argument becomes binary: either they’re recording everything, or they’re recording nothing.

But what if that’s the wrong question?

While the public debates microphones, companies have quietly built an unprecedented machinery of observation — tracking locations, purchases, searches, clicks, relationships, habits, routines, and behaviors at a scale that would have sounded like science fiction twenty years ago. We know that part is real. We know it’s happening. We know it’s being monetized.

As for the audio? Maybe the evidence hasn’t surfaced yet. Maybe it has and it was buried nefariously by lawyers, lobbyists, corporate funded politicians and fixers. History is full of things that were dismissed as impossible, impractical, or conspiratorial right up until the day the documents came out (Pharma, Tobacco, etc)

The people building these systems would be perfectly happy for the debate to stay trapped between “prove they’re listening” and “prove they’re not.” Because while everyone argues about the microphone, the broader surveillance apparatus continues expanding in plain sight.

We think both questions matter. What they’re already collecting should concern you. And what they may eventually be revealed to have collected should concern you even more.

We think that’s the real story. And we think someone should be willing to say it out loud.

🎙️❌ Presearch isn’t listening — and it isn’t watching, either

Of everything you do online, search is the purest signal of intent you generate. It’s where you put the things you’d never say to another person: what you fear, what you want, what you’re about to buy, what you’re quietly struggling with. Most search engines exist precisely to capture that signal, store it, and turn it into a profile that follows you for the rest of your life.

We built one that doesn’t.

Presearch routes your searches through a decentralized network of independently operated nodes, designed to separate your identity from what you look for. No central dossier. No behavioral profile sold to the highest bidder. No business model that depends on knowing who you are. Because here’s the quiet truth at the center of all of this: if a company can’t be sure who you are, it has a much harder time deciding what to charge you, what to hide from you, and what you’re worth.

Presearch isn’t listening. It isn’t watching, profiling, or pricing you. We’re not in that business — we’re against it.

🕵️ Privacy is just the mechanism. Fairness is the point.

Most privacy companies sell you privacy as a feature, a setting, a thing to toggle on. We think that’s too small. What we’re actually fighting for is fairness — a world where you aren’t quietly sorted into invisible categories and treated differently based on data you never knowingly handed over. Fair search. Fair prices. Fair access to information. Privacy is simply how you get there.

The surveillance economy only works when participation is mandatory. It gets a lot weaker the moment people start opting out. So start here: use a search engine that doesn’t build a profile on you. Audit the permissions you’ve handed your apps. Pull your information out of the data broker databases that traffic in it. And stay conscious of just how much of your life is being collected, scored, and sold while you’re told it’s all a coincidence.

Maybe your phone is listening. Maybe it isn’t.

One thing is certain: something knows too much.

And it isn’t us.

Switch before it’s too late. Stay Anonymous.

If you have questions or want to collab, reach out to collaborate@presearch.com and please join one of our Community links below:

ECOSYSTEM:

Company Website: https://Presearch.io
Flagship Search Engine: https://presearch.com/
Spicy Mode: https://presearch.com/nsfw-mode
Merch Shop: https://Shop.presearch.com
Documentation: https://Docs.presearch.io
Git: https://github.com/presearchofficial
Run a node: https://nodes.presearch.com
Keyword Stake: https://keywords.presearch.com
Project statistics: https://network.presearch.com/
Browser Extensions: https://account.presearch.com/extensions
Presearch Blindspot Discovery/Self-Indexing: https://Presearchdiscovery.replit.app
Search Staking Calculator: https://Presearchstakingcalc.replit.app
Advertise: https://presearch.io/advertise

SOCIALS:
Blog: https://news.presearch.io/
Telegram: t.me/Presearch
X: https://twitter.com/presearchnews
YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/Presearch/videos
Discord: https://discord.presearch.io
Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Presearch/
Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@presearchit
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/presearchit/
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/presearch.io
Bluesky: @presearch.bsky.social
Email support: support@presearch.io

They Keep Making Search More Complicated. We Keep Making It Search.

Remember when search engines simply searched?

You typed a few words into a box, hit Enter, and got results.

No AI trying to rewrite the internet for you.

No profile built around every click.

No endless personalization. No feeling that the search engine already knew who you were before you searched.

No “Surveillance Pricing.”

Just a question and results that were direct, relevant and literal.

Somewhere along the way, search became something else.

Every major platform now wants to predict what you’ll click, summarize what you’ll read, personalize what you’ll see, and profile what you’ll do next.

The result is an internet that often feels smaller, more repetitive, and strangely less useful.

At Presearch, we’ve taken a different approach.

We believe search should search.

That’s why we don’t build behavioral profiles around your searches.

That’s why we don’t personalize your results based on years of accumulated tracking data.

And that’s why the same query means the same thing, regardless of who is typing it.

In a world obsessed with prediction, we’ve chosen something refreshingly simple:

Literal search. You type. We search. That’s it.

Presearch gives you what Google gave you in 2003… simplicity. BEFORE search became an invasive tool to farm YOUR data for billions.

📼There’s Actually A Search Engine Built For People Who Miss The Old Internet

The old internet wasn’t perfect.

But it felt more authentic. Serendipitous.

You discovered things. You explored. It was simpler.

You followed rabbit holes.

You found websites because they were relevant, not because they were optimized for an algorithm or are trying to sell you something.

Search felt like a tool, not a gatekeeper.

Today, many users feel like they’re fighting through layers of interpretation before they can reach what they’re actually looking for.

Search results are filtered.

Feeds are curated. Content is personalized. You are profiled.

Algorithms decide what they think matters most and The Echo Chamber effect results in a narrower view of the world, biased disproportionately amplified viewpoints and fewer opportunities for genuine discovery. AI exacerbates this.

Presearch was built around a different idea: Keep it simple…

Maybe the user should decide.

Maybe search should be literal.

Maybe curiosity doesn’t need to be optimized for ad sales.

Maybe we’re old-school but we’re proud!

🤝Trust Matters More Than Ever

The modern web has another problem. Trust.

Every day we’re asked to navigate sponsored content, fake reviews, impersonation scams, phishing attempts, tracking pixels, retargeting campaigns, and advertising systems that seem to know more about us than we’d like.

People have become skeptical for good reason.

That’s why we’ve worked to keep the Presearch experience clean and transparent.

We carefully review advertising partners before they appear on our platform.

We do not permit invasive tracking technologies from advertisers.

We don’t allow marketing pixels, hidden trackers, or the surveillance tactics that have become commonplace elsewhere on the web.

Advertising can support a free internet. But it doesn’t have to come at the expense of privacy.

📟Vintage By Design

Some companies are racing to make search more complicated.

Some companies want to know everything about you.

We’re focused on making it useful.

Call it old-fashioned. Call it vintage. Call it literal. Its just simpler.

We think search worked pretty well before it became obsessed with watching us. If you’ve ever found yourself missing the simplicity of the early internet, you’re not alone.

And you’re exactly who we built Presearch for.

Search means search.

🤖 Even Our AI Is Kind Of Vintage

At this point you might be thinking:

“Okay, but what about AI?” Fair question.

We didn’t spend years building a privacy-first search engine only to pretend AI doesn’t exist.

In fact, we recently launched PandaChat — our new AI-powered search companion.

But we approached it differently.

Most AI search products are built on the assumption that you need massive centralized infrastructure, endless user profiling, proprietary ecosystems, and billions of dollars in compute to deliver useful answers.

PandaChat proves otherwise. It runs on decentralized, community-powered infrastructure, uses live web results rather than relying solely on a model’s training data, and doesn’t require building a behavioral profile around every user.

In other words, we didn’t add AI so it could replace search. We added AI to help search. That’s an important distinction.

The goal isn’t to have an AI assistant constantly guessing what you want. The goal is still helping you find what you’re looking for.

Same philosophy. Different tool.

You search. We search.

Sometimes a panda helps. But the mission hasn’t changed.

They keep making search more complicated.

We keep making it search.

If you have questions or want to collab, reach out to collaborate@presearch.com and please join one of our Community links below:

ECOSYSTEM:

Company Website: https://Presearch.io
Flagship Search Engine: https://presearch.com/
Spicy Mode: https://presearch.com/nsfw-mode
Merch Shop: https://Shop.presearch.com
Documentation: https://Docs.presearch.io
Git: https://github.com/presearchofficial
Run a node: https://nodes.presearch.com
Keyword Stake: https://keywords.presearch.com
Project statistics: https://network.presearch.com/
Browser Extensions: https://account.presearch.com/extensions
Presearch Blindspot Discovery/Self-Indexing: https://Presearchdiscovery.replit.app
Search Staking Calculator: https://Presearchstakingcalc.replit.app
Advertise: https://presearch.io/advertise

SOCIALS:
Blog: https://news.presearch.io/
Telegram: t.me/Presearch
X: https://twitter.com/presearchnews
YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/Presearch/videos
Discord: https://discord.presearch.io
Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Presearch/
Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@presearchit
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/presearchit/
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/presearch.io
Bluesky: @presearch.bsky.social
Email support: support@presearch.io

AI Factory And Core Infra Roadmap: https://app-rm.roadmunk.com/rm3/published-depiction/5a4a54ceb3cd5f36d688a93757a91d48b7aaeee9

Presearch launches PandaChat, a decentralized, privacy-first AI search companion that proves AI search can be delivered efficiently, privately, and at scale without Big Tech infrastructure.

We built something we haven’t seen anywhere else: an AI-powered search experience that runs on decentralized, community-operated infrastructure, sources every answer from live web results rather than a model’s stale training data, and does it all without profiling you, logging your queries, or depending on any major AI provider.

Today, PandaChat is live on the Presearch search engine.

The Problem With AI Search Today

Every major AI search product — whether Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, or Bing Copilot — shares the same foundation: centralized infrastructure, massive compute costs, closed proprietary models, and data pipelines that treat your queries as valuable behavioral signals.

They’re impressive. They’re also expensive to run, expensive to scale, and fundamentally at odds with privacy.

The assumption baked into every one of them is that you need hyperscale infrastructure to do AI search well: the compute budget of a cloud giant, a proprietary model trained on billions of dollars of GPUs, and a surveillance advertising business to pay for it all.

PandaChat challenges that assumption directly.

What PandaChat Actually Does

PandaChat is a responsive AI feature embedded directly into the Presearch search engine results page (SERP). Ask a question and it searches the web, reads what it finds, and returns a concise, sourced answer with numbered links back to the original pages so you can verify everything yourself.

Follow-up questions carry context from your current session, allowing conversations to flow naturally.

Here’s what it does not do: it does not generate answers from a model’s training data alone. The model provides reasoning capability, but every piece of information in a PandaChat response is sourced from live web results, Presearch’s own decentralized search index, or open data sources such as current weather and cryptocurrency pricing. It does not come from a language model’s memory of the internet.

That’s a meaningful distinction. It means answers are current. It means sources can be verified. And it means the quality of the experience improves as Presearch’s own index grows.

The Stack: Decentralization All the Way Down

Compute and Model: OpenRouter and Presearch’s Compute Network

PandaChat’s model inference is served through OpenRouter, an LLM marketplace that aggregates models and GPU compute across multiple providers. This means no single-vendor dependency, no hyperscale compute contract, and a cost structure that scales efficiently.

At the same time, we’re actively beta-testing Presearch’s own decentralized compute network, ensuring that PandaChat can ultimately operate without reliance on any single third-party provider. No centralized choke points. No organization capable of shutting it down.

Search Results: Presearch Node Network

The search results that feed PandaChat’s answers come from Presearch’s decentralized node infrastructure, operated by a global community of independent node operators.

No centralized data center. No single point of failure. No corporate intermediary between your query and the web.

Index: Presearch’s Decentralized Search Index

Over the past several months, Presearch has been building its own decentralized search index — a community-operated alternative to the centralized indexes that power mainstream search engines.

PandaChat already draws from this index, and as it grows, so does PandaChat’s differentiation. When Presearch surfaces results that centralized engines don’t, PandaChat’s answers reflect that uniqueness directly.

Privacy by Design

PandaChat is anonymous and non-profiling. Your questions are not linked to your identity, are not shared with third parties, and are not retained after your session ends.

For users who prefer continuity between sessions, chat history can optionally be stored locally on their own device through browser cookies. This feature is disabled by default.

There is no behavioral profile being built. There is no surveillance advertising model being served.

This isn’t a feature bolted on later. It’s how Presearch was designed from the start.

The Efficiency Breakthrough

AI search does not require hyperscale Big Tech infrastructure to work.

PandaChat runs on consumer-grade hardware coordinated through our node network at a fraction of the infrastructure cost of centralized competitors. Yet it delivers the speed, usability, and answer quality users expect from modern AI search — without the infrastructure footprint of centralized competitors.

That’s the real story.

Not just that we’re decentralized. Not just that we’re private.

It’s that we’ve demonstrated a more efficient path to AI search: lightweight, decentralized, privacy-first, and economically scalable.

The pillars:

• Fully decentralized AI search with no centralized provider in the loop

• Consumer hardware powered by community node operators rather than massive data centers

• A fraction of the infrastructure cost through efficiency by design, not compromise

• No third-party AI dependency through open marketplaces rather than closed vendors

• A streamlined experience focused on answers, not clutter

• Privacy-first architecture that is anonymous, non-profiling, and session-scoped

What’s Coming Next

AI Inference Nodes: Running Models Natively

We’ve nearly completed the infrastructure for a new class of node on the Presearch network: AI inference nodes that run models and compute workloads directly within the network itself.

We’ll be conducting an auction for operators to participate, with more details coming soon.

This is the step that takes Presearch from routing inference through external marketplaces to running it natively on community-owned infrastructure. It’s one of the most significant milestones on the platform’s roadmap — and it’s close.

Vector Nodes: Becoming a Provider on OpenRouter

In parallel, we’re building out our vector node infrastructure to position Presearch as a compute provider on OpenRouter, not just a consumer of it.

This opens a direct revenue stream for the network, with proceeds flowing into token buybacks and burns as part of the Token Generation Event (TGE) token swap.

That’s the loop:

Community operators run the infrastructure.

The infrastructure powers PandaChat and builds our independent search index.

Soon, that same infrastructure will deliver enterprise AI workloads through our GPU and vector node network.

As we begin offering inference, vectorization, and AI services to third parties through OpenRouter and direct integrations, new revenue flows back into the ecosystem through buybacks, burns, and network expansion.

Every new user, search, and enterprise workload strengthens the same decentralized flywheel.

Community-owned. Revenue-generating. Aligned from end to end.

A Note on Limitations

PandaChat can be wrong.

When it can’t find a confident answer, it says so rather than guessing. Live data — prices, weather, scores, and other rapidly changing information — is only as fresh as the source it retrieves.

For anything consequential, verify before acting.

We’d rather be honest about those limitations than oversell the technology.

Try It >>> PandaChat is live now at Presearch.com.

Ask anything. Check the sources.

See for yourself that AI search doesn’t require Google’s infrastructure to work.

The future of search doesn’t have to be owned by the companies that built the past.

Presearch is a decentralized search engine powered by a global community of node operators. PandaChat is available now on the Presearch SERP.

If you have questions or want to collab, reach out to collaborate@presearch.com and please join one of our Community links below:

ECOSYSTEM:

Company Website: https://Presearch.io
Flagship Search Engine: https://presearch.com/
Spicy Mode: https://presearch.com/nsfw-mode
Merch Shop: https://Shop.presearch.com
Documentation: https://Docs.presearch.io
Git: https://github.com/presearchofficial
Run a node: https://nodes.presearch.com
Keyword Stake: https://keywords.presearch.com
Project statistics: https://network.presearch.com/
Browser Extensions: https://account.presearch.com/extensions
Presearch Blindspot Discovery/Self-Indexing: https://Presearchdiscovery.replit.app
Search Staking Calculator: https://Presearchstakingcalc.replit.app
Advertise: https://presearch.io/advertise

SOCIALS:
Blog: https://news.presearch.io/
Telegram: t.me/Presearch
X: https://twitter.com/presearchnews
YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/Presearch/videos
Discord: https://discord.presearch.io
Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Presearch/
Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@presearchit
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/presearchit/
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/presearch.io
Bluesky: @presearch.bsky.social
Email support: support@presearch.io

AI Factory And Core Infra Roadmap: https://app-rm.roadmunk.com/rm3/published-depiction/5a4a54ceb3cd5f36d688a93757a91d48b7aaeee9

Search That Moves at the Speed of Creation

For most of the web’s history, getting discovered in search meant one thing:

Waiting.

Waiting for a crawler.
Waiting for evaluation.
Waiting for algorithms that operate behind closed doors to decide whether your content deserves to exist in the index at all.

In 2026, when content is created in minutes and news cycles turn in hours, that delay doesn’t just feel outdated.

It feels broken.

Today, we’re introducing Fast Track, a new Self-Indexing capability inside Presearch that allows publishers, creators, and site owners to intentionally submit content and become searchable within hours.

Not days.
Not weeks.
Hours.

Go here to submit today or see in image below on our results page the +Self-Index button.

The Problem: Discovery Is Slower Than Creation

We live in a world where:

Creators publish in real time

AI can generate content instantly

Conversations evolve by the minute

Yet traditional search still operates on crawl cycles and opaque inclusion decisions.

Even if you submit a URL to major platforms like Google or Microsoft’s Bing, there’s no guarantee your content will be indexed — and no clarity on when.

Search has become passive.
Fast Track makes it participatory.

What Fast Track Actually Does

Fast Track allows you to intentionally submit:

Individual URLs

Entire domains

Once submitted, content enters Presearch’s live index directly.

If you submit a primary domain, Presearch automatically:

Discovers subdomains

Maps site structure

Begins indexing across the domain

No manual page-by-page submission.
No guessing what was crawled.
No silent exclusion.

Your content enters the ecosystem immediately — and then earns visibility over time through engagement, relevance, and trust.

Inclusion is instant.
Ranking is earned.

Immediate Inclusion ≠ Automatic Authority

Let’s be clear:

Fast Track does not bypass quality.

It separates two things that traditional search engines conflate:

Inclusion

Evaluation

Your content can exist in the index immediately.
Its prominence evolves based on real signals.

To maintain index health, we’re simultaneously rolling out:

Smart Adaptive Crawl Frequency
Content that changes often gets refreshed more often.

AI Slop Filtering
Systems designed to reduce low-value synthetic spam and preserve space for high-signal work.

This allows us to remove delay as a spam-control mechanism — without removing quality control.

Why This Matters in the Age of the “Dead Internet”

Creators increasingly feel buried.

Not because their work lacks value — but because:

Algorithmic gatekeeping favors incumbents

Synthetic content floods the index

Platform bias shapes visibility

Crawl constraints limit representation

Fast Track expands visibility into areas of the web that are often under-indexed, underrepresented, or algorithmically buried.

It lowers the barrier to entry — while preserving standards.

It gives creators a direct path into discovery.

It restores agency.

A More Participatory Search Ecosystem

Search shouldn’t be a black box that decides what exists.

It should be infrastructure — neutral, transparent, and responsive to what’s being built right now.

With Fast Track:

Creators enter discovery immediately

Authority is built transparently over time

Search reflects the present — not just the past

This is one of several initiatives we’re rolling out to improve discoverability in the AI era — where authenticity is harder to surface and visibility is increasingly concentrated.

Fast Track is about speed.
But more importantly, it’s about control.

If you’re building something real — you shouldn’t have to wait to be found.

If you have questions or want to collab, reach out to collaborate@presearch.com and please join one of our Community links below:

ECOSYSTEM:

Company Website: https://Presearch.io
Flagship Search Engine: <a
