Suffer the Little Children Podcast

Suffer the Little Children is a one-person operation. I’m not a reporter, a social worker, or a certified expert. I’m just a single mom with two kids of my own. A few things converged to lead me to start the (now-defunct) blog in 2019: my love of children, my personal experience with domestic abuse and mental health, my compulsive need to write, my habit of doing a frankly insane amount of research for everything I write, my fascination with the psychology of crime, and my desire to raise awareness of child abuse and give its victims back their voices.Suffer the Little Children is very much a labor of love. I do it all myself -- research, writing, recording, editing, artwork, publishing, distribution, social media management; you name it. I also pay for all of the costs involved in the show out of my pocket and work ridiculous hours -- days, nights, weekends, and holidays -- to produce new episodes each week, bringing to light new cases as well as frequent updates on stories I’ve already covered. In order to maintain the quality of the show and the ability to devote myself to Suffer the Little Children full-time, I am humbly asking for supporters willing to pledge whatever they can afford to help keep Suffer the Little Children a free, weekly show.
