My smart TV? Drastically reduced ads, my phone? Most games ad free. My computer? A backup blocker for when I’m in incognito.

Honestly I would’ve been ok with ads in apps if they weren’t sometimes scammy, inappropriate, and 15-30 seconds with fake Xs
Is anyone else having issues with dns.adguard-dns.com on their phones? I use it on android as my DNS to block ads, it's always worked just fine, but just recently it seems to have gone down. I can't find any posts anywhere online about this issue, and the adguard status monitors say it's up, but both my and my partners phones say they can't connect to the DNS and have no Internet when it's turned on whether on WiFi or cellular connection, which seems really odd to me.
I have a Samsung SmartTV at my place with the ServusTV-ON app installed on it.
The SmartTV is connected to my AdGuard DNS server via plain DNS (53) and blocks everything considered malicious (tracking, malware, phishing, adult content, gambling).
Now, when you open the ServusTV-On app, it just loads, but it doesn't open.
So I looked at the DNS logs and when opening it, this domain is called: "cdn-stv.adgrx.com".
All other domains are background traffic and shouldn't have anything to do with it. (logs.netflix.com for example).
So I whitelisted this domain, completely turned off the Samsung TV, and unplugged it from the power so that the DNS cache is cleared.
Despite this, the app remains non-functional.
If I now swap the DNS server with Cloudflare's resolver, it works without any problems.
Does anyone know what kind of ServusTV-On is doing to milk their customers like a cash cow and how I can fix the problem?

I found what I need to unblock.
These are my rules for the Samsung SmartTV:
I made all that need to be unblocked for the ServusTV app bold the other two are for Samsung specifically.
