• Contributed to record safety performance by leading Incident and Injury-Free™ orientation sessions on Pearl GTL project in different languages (English, Urdu/Hindi, Turkish) for over two years. Pearl GTL project achieved over 77 MM workhours without LTI – a record in Shell’s 100-year history.
• Achieved 7.87 MM workhours without LTI and a TRCF of 0.53 vs target TRCF of 0.79 on the Pearl Village O&M Contract.
• Played integral role in organizing large events such as Safety Day etc. to ensure safe and maximum worker participation circa 50,000 workers.
• Directed a multinational/multi-ethnic team on OUIJV camp on RAPID project to deliver as per HSE policies and SOPs.
• Improved safety and PPE compliance to 100% by developing task-specific PPE guidelines.
• Led by example to increase safety and ZeTo rules’ awareness within the team with zero safety incidents.

• In the Pearl GTL operations phase delivered excellent HSE performance through visible leadership with zero recordable cases in an 18-month period and 2.0 MM workhours without LTI.
• Raised the bar by introducing special safety review(s) prior to commencement of critical repairs.

Projects/Contracts Leadership
• Led the team-building sessions on the Pearl Village O&M contract and strengthened the business partnership with the service provider.
• Enhanced team performance through self- assessment by introducing non-contractual KPIs.
• Pearl Village success was accomplished through building a strong, cohesive, and collaborative team comprising ESS, PMC, and Shell.
• Initiated and adopted the approach of professional development sessions or Lunch and Learn sessions.

• Built and maintained collaborative work environment resulting in teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence within the team and across the teams.

Continuous Improvement
• Saved USD 2.0 MM and reduced ~ 50 tons of plastic waste by creating a continuous improvement culture.
• Presented business cases for switching paper cups and plasticware with chinaware saving more than USD 1.0 MM.
• Developed and implemented Quality Management System for KBR’s KL office and got it certified it to ISO 9001.
