Custom themes

A few weeks ago I teased support for custom themes. You can now get started with creating your own. This is perfect for the more advanced users that want ultimate control of themes and the way they work. This is still very early preview, but I can't keep building this on my own — so if you're keen, you can get started by heading to your blog settings page, and then Appearance. Here you'll get a link to the custom themes. It's super easy to get started and we provide a starter kit with minimal styling to set the tone....

New menu sidebar

You can now pin the main menu, that you can get from clicking on the Scribbles logo, to the sidebar. Just click on "pin sidebar" and it'll stay where you've set it. Here is a video. At any time you can always bring it back to the top as always — and for mobile view it is still the same as always. Hope you like it. My favourite is the collapsed sidebar. — Vincent

Analytics dashboard with Tinylytics

If you're using Tinylytics for your blog, Scribbles now surface this data straight in your dashboard. It's all automatic and you don't have to do anything extra — just add your Tinylytics code to your blog, write, gain some visitors and the analytics will flow straight in. It's super simple and it allows you to filter by date, using quick filter, or custom dates. Additionally you can filter by path or country.
