Turn your AWS account into a full email and marketing platform.
Contacts, segments, broadcasts, drip workflows, templates, and deliverability analytics — running on your own Amazon SES. Your domains, your data, Amazon's $0.10-per-1,000 delivery rates. One CloudFormation stack sets everything up, and we never hold your AWS keys.

Cloud infrastructure management
for thousands of dev teams worldwide
Case study
Cloud 66 had five AWS services wired together — CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, Lambda, and the SES console — just to get basic visibility into their email. They connected SendOps to their existing SES account and replaced the entire pipeline in an afternoon: delivery analytics, message search, and alerting for the whole team, with their sending path untouched.

Built on AWS
Every email delivers from your own AWS account on the most reliable cloud infrastructure in the world — your reputation, never a shared pool.
Zero Risk
Free plan. No credit card. Remove anytime with one click — your email keeps flowing.
The platform
Everything you need to run email. All of it yours.
Not a dashboard bolted onto SES — a complete email marketing and analytics platform that happens to run on infrastructure you own.
Audience
Contacts with typed attributes, lists, and dynamic segments defined in a real query language — evaluated against everything your email and your app tell SendOps.
Learn moreBroadcasts
Point a template at a list or segment and send — through your own SES. Consent filtering, test sends, and per-broadcast results built in.
Learn moreWorkflows
Drip campaigns and lifecycle automation, authored as readable text or on a visual canvas. Triggers on events, activities, and segment membership.
Learn moreTemplates & Assets
Author in React Email; SendOps compiles to SES-native Handlebars on deploy. PRs, previews, validation. Images served from your own CDN domain — and in-app edits write back as pull requests.
Learn moreAnalytics
Every delivery, bounce, open, and click — searchable by recipient or message. Campaign results, engagement trends, and up to a year of history.
Learn moreDeliverability & Alerts
Bounce and complaint monitoring against SES review thresholds, quota tracking, and alerts routed to Slack, email, or PagerDuty.
Learn moreInfrastructure
Domains, DKIM, channels, tracking domains, and suppression — provisioned by CloudFormation, managed from one screen, owned by your AWS account.
Learn moreDeveloper API
A public API for contacts, lists, broadcasts, and assets — plus activity ingestion, so your product's events can drive segments and workflows.
Learn moreArchitecture
Your infrastructure. Your data. Our platform.
SendOps provisions SES, EventBridge, and everything else it needs inside your AWS account with a single CloudFormation stack. Nothing is proxied: your application keeps sending exactly as it does today, and the campaigns you author in SendOps are dispatched through your own SES — your domains, your IPs, your reputation. Delivery runs on the infrastructure that moves billions of emails a day.
That architecture is a guarantee no managed platform can make. Your transactional email never depends on us — if SendOps were unavailable, it would keep sending. Your contacts aren't held behind a per-contact meter. And access works through short-lived STS tokens, never stored keys: delete the stack and our access is gone, instantly and completely.
Built for the agent era
Email marketing your coding agents can run
Your team already uses coding agents for code. On SendOps, email marketing is code: segments are SendQL, drip campaigns are SendFlow, template source is React Email — all plain text, all in your repo. Claude Code, Cursor, or any agent can build and change your campaigns the same way they change your product.
Campaigns as code
SendFlow is a readable DSL for drip workflows — an agent can draft a five-step onboarding campaign in a branch, and the visual canvas renders the same file for humans.
Segments as queries
SendQL defines audiences over attributes, events, and activities. "Trial users who haven't logged in for a week" is one line an agent can write, test, and refine.
Guardrails built in
Agent-authored changes arrive as pull requests — validated by SendOps, reviewed by your team, deployed on merge. Consent and frequency caps apply to every send, no matter who authored it.
An API agents speak
Contacts, lists, broadcasts, and assets over a public API, plus activity ingestion — so agents can operate campaigns end to end, not just author them.
No other email marketing platform is plain text end to end. Click-ops can't be delegated to an agent — files in your repo can.
Pricing
No per-email markup. No contact tax.
Managed platforms meter you twice — once for every email you send, and again for every contact you store. SendOps charges a flat platform fee. Delivery is Amazon's $0.10 per 1,000, and your contacts are data in your platform, not a line on your bill.
And that's before the contact meter: on managed platforms, holding 50,000 contacts costs around $250/mo on top of send fees — whether you email them or not. That punishes the discipline good email requires: a large, well-kept list you mail selectively. On SendOps, contacts aren't a billing dimension. Start free. Stay free.

Your dashboard is live. Analytics, templates, audiences, and campaigns work immediately.
Already on SES? SendOps imports your existing setup — domains, configuration sets, templates, and sending reputation — automatically and non-destructively. Your app keeps sending the way it does today. Connect once. Change nothing.
Built for your entire team
Developers get email as code. Marketers get a full campaign platform. Operators get deliverability under control. Nobody needs an AWS login.
For Developers
Email as code: templates (React Email in, SES-native Handlebars out), lists, segments, and workflows live as files in your repo — reviewed in PRs, deployed on merge, and manageable by your coding agents. A public API for contacts, sends, and events. No vendor SDK in your sending path.
- React Email authoring with PR write-back
- Lists, segments & workflows as code
- Agent-friendly: SendQL & SendFlow are plain text
- Public API + activity ingestion
For Marketing
Build segments, send broadcasts, and design drip campaigns on a visual canvas — without an AWS login or an engineering ticket. Topics, consent, and unsubscribe pages are built in, and every send respects them automatically.
- Segments powered by a real query language
- Broadcasts with test sends and results
- Drip workflows on a visual canvas
- Topics, consent & branded unsubscribe pages
For Operators
One operational dashboard for deliverability: message search, alerting, quota tracking, and a full audit log — plus suppression and consent records in one place, without granting your team access to AWS.
- Search any message by recipient, ID, or status
- Deliverability alerts to Slack or PagerDuty
- Quota and throttle tracking with alerts
- Audit log & suppression management
Every email sends through your own SES account. Your application's mail never passes through SendOps, and we never hold your AWS keys. SOC 2 Type II certification in progress.
