SendOps

Turn your AWS account into a full email and marketing platform.

Contacts, segments, broadcasts, drip workflows, templates, and deliverability analytics — running on your own Amazon SES. Your domains, your data, Amazon's $0.10-per-1,000 delivery rates. One CloudFormation stack sets everything up, and we never hold your AWS keys.

Cloud 66

Cloud infrastructure management
for thousands of dev teams worldwide

Case study

Cloud 66 had five AWS services wired together — CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, Lambda, and the SES console — just to get basic visibility into their email. They connected SendOps to their existing SES account and replaced the entire pipeline in an afternoon: delivery analytics, message search, and alerting for the whole team, with their sending path untouched.

Built on AWS

Every email delivers from your own AWS account on the most reliable cloud infrastructure in the world — your reputation, never a shared pool.

Zero Risk

Free plan. No credit card. Remove anytime with one click — your email keeps flowing.

The platform

Everything you need to run email. All of it yours.

Not a dashboard bolted onto SES — a complete email marketing and analytics platform that happens to run on infrastructure you own.

Architecture

Your infrastructure. Your data. Our platform.

SendOps provisions SES, EventBridge, and everything else it needs inside your AWS account with a single CloudFormation stack. Nothing is proxied: your application keeps sending exactly as it does today, and the campaigns you author in SendOps are dispatched through your own SES — your domains, your IPs, your reputation. Delivery runs on the infrastructure that moves billions of emails a day.

That architecture is a guarantee no managed platform can make. Your transactional email never depends on us — if SendOps were unavailable, it would keep sending. Your contacts aren't held behind a per-contact meter. And access works through short-lived STS tokens, never stored keys: delete the stack and our access is gone, instantly and completely.

Built for the agent era

Email marketing your coding agents can run

Your team already uses coding agents for code. On SendOps, email marketing is code: segments are SendQL, drip campaigns are SendFlow, template source is React Email — all plain text, all in your repo. Claude Code, Cursor, or any agent can build and change your campaigns the same way they change your product.

Campaigns as code

SendFlow is a readable DSL for drip workflows — an agent can draft a five-step onboarding campaign in a branch, and the visual canvas renders the same file for humans.

Segments as queries

SendQL defines audiences over attributes, events, and activities. "Trial users who haven't logged in for a week" is one line an agent can write, test, and refine.

Guardrails built in

Agent-authored changes arrive as pull requests — validated by SendOps, reviewed by your team, deployed on merge. Consent and frequency caps apply to every send, no matter who authored it.

An API agents speak

Contacts, lists, broadcasts, and assets over a public API, plus activity ingestion — so agents can operate campaigns end to end, not just author them.

No other email marketing platform is plain text end to end. Click-ops can't be delegated to an agent — files in your repo can.

Pricing

No per-email markup. No contact tax.

Managed platforms meter you twice — once for every email you send, and again for every contact you store. SendOps charges a flat platform fee. Delivery is Amazon's $0.10 per 1,000, and your contacts are data in your platform, not a line on your bill.

And that's before the contact meter: on managed platforms, holding 50,000 contacts costs around $250/mo on top of send fees — whether you email them or not. That punishes the discipline good email requires: a large, well-kept list you mail selectively. On SendOps, contacts aren't a billing dimension. Start free. Stay free.
