Product
One platform for everything SES doesn't give you
Audiences, broadcasts, drip workflows, git-synced templates, assets, and deliverability analytics — a complete email marketing platform on infrastructure you own. No CloudWatch stitching, no per-contact pricing, no handing over your keys.
How it works
Works with your setup from day one
Your application sends email through SES exactly as it does today — SendOps picks up every delivery event automatically and is never in your app's sending path. The campaigns you author in SendOps go out the same way: through your own SES, on your domains and reputation, never shared infrastructure. No code changes required, and no reason to open the AWS console.
The marketing layer
Audiences, campaigns, and automation — on your SES
The layer every SES team ends up wishing they had. Built in, not bolted on — and every send respects consent automatically. Because segments and workflows are plain text (SendQL and SendFlow), your coding agents can author and maintain campaigns like code.
Audience
Contacts with typed attributes, imported, synced, or pushed via the API. Static lists and dynamic segments defined in SendQL — a real query language over attributes, events, and activities — managed in-app or as files in your repo.
Learn moreBroadcasts
Point a template at a list or segment and send through your own SES. Audience previews, test sends, consent filtering, and per-broadcast results — deliveries, opens, clicks — out of the box.
Learn moreWorkflows
Drip campaigns and lifecycle automation written in a readable DSL or designed on a visual canvas — the two views are the same workflow. Trigger on signups, events, activities, or segment membership, with frequency caps and approval gates.
Learn moreOne control plane for the whole email stack
Observability, templates, infrastructure, and alerting — everything you'd otherwise stitch together from the AWS console, CLI scripts, and CloudWatch.
Observability
Every delivery, bounce, complaint, open, and click — in one place. Search any message by recipient, ID, or status. Up to a year of event history without touching CloudWatch.

Templates
Author in React Email; SendOps compiles to SES-native Handlebars and deploys on merge — PRs, previews, validation — and writes in-app edits back as pull requests.

Infrastructure
Domains, channels, dedicated IPs, and tracking configuration — all from one screen instead of five SES console tabs.

Notifications & Alerting
Delivery rates drop, bounce rates spike, quotas get close to limits — know about it before your customers do. Route alerts to Slack, email, or webhooks.

Team Access
Give every team member the access they need — without AWS credentials. Role-based permissions, audit logs, and review workflows.

Integrations
GitHub for templates and definitions, webhooks for events, a public API for contacts, sends, and assets — plus activity ingestion so your product's events drive segments and workflows.
