Shapes is a platform where creators build and share AI agents. To keep our community safe and welcoming, we expect all agents to:
- Be respectful and avoid harmful behavior
- Not engage in harassment or hate speech
- Not distribute malicious content or spam
- Protect user privacy and data
We take immediate action and permanently remove any Shape found violating our community guidelines.

Child Safety Standards
shapes.inc - AI with friends, operated by Shapes Inc, strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
This prohibition includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, and the creation, possession, solicitation, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including computer-generated material.
Our safety systems automatically remove violating content and accounts. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as required by applicable law.

Content Guidelines
We take special care to ensure content is appropriate for all audiences:
- Automatic detection of mature themes
- Clear labeling of sensitive content
- Age-appropriate restrictions where needed
- Creator tools to proactively mark content
Sensitive Content Restrictions: Interactions with Sensitive Applications are now strictly limited to appropriate channels only.
- You can identify shapes as sensitive through shapes.inc. Simply navigate to your Shape → Settings → Privacy → and toggle on the "Shape may generate sensitive content" checkbox.
- We have added automated detection systems to ensure compliance with age-restriction requirements
- Our systems automatically detect and restrict sensitive content, with immediate action taken on high-risk material

- All applicable online safety laws
- Regular reviews and updates to our systems
