For Fuel Advance, active drivers can subscribe to approved packages and access fuel support based on their selected plan, with clear limits, weekly controls, and card-linked repayments. There is no need to migrate e-hailing profiles or rely on app-based deductions. The solution supports e-hailing drivers, courier services, bike delivery riders, Takealot drivers, Checkers Sixty60 drivers, and private users.
Riders can also access Rider Advance packages for short-term trip payment support. Drivers can accept Rider Advance payments through the app using a secure QR code, with funds reflecting in their wallet and paid instantly into their bank account.
For vehicle finance, qualifying drivers and investors can apply for free, subject to minimum gross earnings of R15 300 per month and normal bank credit vetting. SmartOps Fleet handles the process, making mobility finance simpler, safer, and more structured.

Entry Plan: A 2-month fuel package totalling R3 550, giving drivers access to up to R1 775 per month, with applicable weekly limits.
Boss Plan: A 3-month fuel package totalling R9 000, giving drivers access to up to R3 000 per month, with applicable weekly limits.

Starter Plan: A 2-month rider advance package totalling R1 150, with applicable weekly limits.

Drivers can also accept Rider Advance payments directly through the SmartOps Fleet app using a secure QR code. Once the rider pays, the amount reflects in the driver’s wallet, and the driver can request an instant payout to their bank account.
Apply for vehicle finance built for active e-hailing drivers. Qualifying drivers must have minimum gross earnings of R15 300 per month, based on verified e-hailing income.
The application is free, and once approved, the driver signs the finance agreement directly with the participating bank through approved dealership channels. The driver will only start paying the SmartOps Fleet weekly subscription of R170 once the vehicle has been successfully handed over.
Open to qualifying e-hailing drivers across all major platforms, including Uber, Bolt, and other approved e-hailing platforms.
Every Citizen/Public (Investors) can apply for free to finance vehicles placed into the SmartOps Fleet ecosystem. Each vehicle is allocated to qualifying drivers with minimum gross earnings of R15 300 per month.
The investor earns 40% of the monthly vehicle instalment as commission, while SmartOps Fleet takes care of all operational costs, including driver placement, insurance alignment, tracking, vehicle management, and related fleet controls.
A lease agreement is signed for the full duration of the vehicle financing period, giving the investor a structured and managed way to participate in the e-hailing vehicle market.
Open the SmartOps Fleet app, register your profile, and select the service you need, whether it is Fuel Advance, Rider Advance, Driver Vehicle Asset Financing, or Investor Car Financing. Complete your profile verification, upload the required information, and follow the simple application steps inside the app.
For Fuel Advance, choose your preferred package and access fuel support based on your approved plan, with applicable weekly limits. Repayments are processed through a secure card-linked system, meaning you do not need to migrate your e-hailing profile or rely on deductions from your app earnings.
For Rider Advance, riders can request trip payment support through the app. Drivers can accept Rider Advance payments using a secure QR code, receive the money into their wallet, and request instant payout to their bank account.
For Vehicle Asset Financing and Investor Car Financing, users can apply for free, submit the required documents, and track their application progress. SmartOps Fleet uses verified information to support a structured approval process.
