Here you can find all the information you need to make the most of this powerful online collaboration tool. Dive into our guide and explore the endless possibilities of SpatialChat now! ### Step 2 Are you Admin or guest? ## Flow 2: First run of SC ### Step 1: SpatialChat | Login When you first entering Spatial Chat as an Admin, you will need to login. You can do this with your Google account or by entering your email. ## Flow 3: Dashboard ### Step 1 This is your dashboard. Here you will manage your Team, create Spaces and more. ### Step 2 Here you can set up your profile. Let's explore more. ### Step 3 Here you can change your avatar, name, pronoun and bio. ### Step 4 Here you can change your email or delete your account. ### Step 5 Here you can manage your Team: users, plan details, team settings. ### Step 6 You can change the logo, the name of your Team as well as other settings. ### Step 7 On the "Users" tab, you can manage the roles of your Team Members, as well as invite new Members or guests to the team by defining their roles in advance. ### Step 8 Here you can choose the invitation method (via email or direct link), and the duration of the link. Don't forget to choose the role of the invited users. ### Step 9 On this tab, you can view the details of your Pricing plan, and easily. ### Step 10 To go to the Space simply click on it! ## Flow 4: Space entering ### Step 1: SpatialChat You are on the Welcome screen of your Space! ### Step 2: SpatialChat Here you can set up the camera. ### Step 3: SpatialChat Here you can set up the microphone. ### Step 4: SpatialChat Turn devices on or off. ### Step 5: SpatialChat Turn Mic noise suppression on or off. ### Step 6 After setting up your devices, you can join the Space. ## Flow 5: Inside the Space (admin) ### Step 1: SpatialChat Inside the Space you are represented by a user bubble. You can navigate within the Room by moving your avatar using mouse interaction. ### Step 2: SpatialChat Spatial audio simulates a surround sound environment. This means that the voices or sounds seem to come from certain directions, just like in the real world. ### Step 3 Breakout room is the perfect type for small group interactions within large virtual meetings or events. Can accommodate up to 50 participants. ### Step 4 You can see the main control panel at the bottom. ### Step 5 With the plus button, you can add various elements to the space: images and GIFs, text or link, PDF files, notes, videos, iFrame, Miro whiteboards and Google Docs, and so on. More detailed information about this can be found in this article. ### Step 6 The pen can be used as a temporary marker or laser pointer. Traces of it eventually disappear. ### Step 7 You can also share your browser tabs or desktop screen with everyone in the Room. ### Step 8 You can also use bubble chat to communicate with others. ### Step 9 You can go to the room chat and direct messages by clicking on the chat icon. ### Step 10 With the help of the broadcasting function, you can address everyone who is in the Space (even in different Rooms). The message can be made with or without video (audio only). Broadcast is only heard in Breakout Rooms and Workplace, so it won't interfere with Stage listeners. ### Step 11 To be heard in the same Room (regardless of the distance from you), you can use a Megaphone. ### Step 12 With this button (as well as zooming as close as possible) you will switch to Grid View Mode. It helps you focus on the profiles of the people you are talking to or, for example, on screen share. This feature only works in Breakout rooms. ### Step 13 On the right panel you can see the list of Rooms. To move between Rooms, simply click on the name of the Room. ### Step 14 The top panel contains your personal settings. ### Step 15 On this tab, you can enable DND mode, set up your profile, Google Calendar integration, go to the dashboard and turn off sound notifications. ### Step 16 Here you can configure the camera and microphone. ### Step 17 With this button, you can invite guests to your Space by simply copying the link. ### Step 18 Or via email. ### Step 19 Click on the menu button to go to the next section of the guide. ## Flow 6: Stage room ### Step 1: SpatialChat A Stage room is a type of room that can accommodate up to 10000 participants according to the plan. The idea behind the scene is that a speaker can speak to a large audience in one place without using third-party applications. ### Step 2 You can turn on Stage recording, use bubble chat and send emojis. ### Step 3 Team Admins, Space Admins, and Space Moderators may see a "Become a speaker" button that will allow you to enter the Stage. This button is not available to Team Members and Guests. ### Step 4 When you're on Stage, Team Members and Guests can use the "Raise Hand" button. To move between Rooms, simply click on the name of the room. ### Step 8 Let's try with Stage 1 Room! ## Flow 14: Stage room (guest) ### Step 1: SpatialChat A Stage is a type of Room that can accommodate up to 10000 participants according to the plan. You are the listener here. ### Step 2 You can use bubble chat and send emojis. ### Step 3 To become a speaker use "Raise hand" button. The Administrator will grant you permission to join the stage. ### Step 4 To return to the Breakout Room, click on its name. ## Flow 15: Inside the Space after Stage (guest) ### Step 1 The top panel contains your personal settings. ### Step 2 Here, you can customize your status, set up your profile, manage notifications, and easily access the dashboard to oversee your account. ### Step 3 Here you can configure the camera and microphone. ### Step 4 You have now completed the short guide to SpatialChat.
