DMARC Reporting Issue (EU Region)
Resolved - This incident has been fully resolved. The rua.easydmarc.eu and ruf.easydmarc.eu reporting addresses are now fully operational.

As previously communicated, the disruption stemmed from a system glitch on Namecheap's end that interfered with the automated renewal process for easydmarc.eu, despite the domain being correctly configured and not expired on our side. The domain has since been restored and full functionality confirmed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.

Identified - We have identified the root cause of the issue affecting rua.easydmarc.eu and ruf.easydmarc.eu reporting addresses.

The issue was caused by a technical failure on Namecheap's end, where a system glitch disrupted the automated renewal process for easydmarc.eu — despite the domain being correctly configured and not expired on our side — resulting in a temporary service interruption outside of our control.

Our team is actively working with Namecheap to restore full functionality and resolve the issue. We will provide further updates as soon as a fix is deployed.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting rua.easydmarc.eu and ruf.easydmarc.eu reporting addresses. As a result, these addresses may be flagged as invalid in some DMARC configurations.
