DDoS emergency response by KAEMI
Your company is under DDoS attack? We help immediately.
The KAEMI team is available around the clock. We analyse the ongoing attack, put protective measures in front of your infrastructure and bring your systems back online.
You don't have to be a KAEMI customer: in an emergency we help first — everything else comes after.
How the emergency response works
Three steps from report to mitigation — no detours, no hold music.
Report
Call the hotline or send the emergency form. An engineer will get back to you immediately.
Instant analysis
We determine attack type, volume and target and identify which of your systems are affected.
Mitigation
We filter out the attack traffic, route your traffic through protection infrastructure and stabilise operations.
What we actually do against the attack
As a managed network provider we run network and security infrastructure for mid-sized businesses — and in an emergency we put exactly these tools to work for you.
Traffic scrubbing
Attack traffic is filtered out before it reaches your systems — legitimate users keep getting through.
DNS & routing failover
Your traffic runs through protection infrastructure such as the Cloudflare network — the attack hits a void.
WAF & rate limiting
Application-layer protection against layer-7 attacks that classic volume filters don't detect.
Monitoring & follow-up
We keep monitoring until the situation is stable — and permanently harden your infrastructure against follow-up attacks.
Powered by Cloudflare. Mitigation runs on the global Cloudflare network. KAEMI is a certified Cloudflare Powered+ Partner — Solution Provider and MSSP specialised in Application Security.

Frequently asked questions about the DDoS emergency response
The key answers about DDoS attacks, process and pricing — for everything else we're available around the clock.
What is a DDoS attack?
In a DDoS attack (Distributed Denial of Service), many distributed machines — usually a botnet — deliberately flood your website, servers or network with requests. The infrastructure is overloaded and legitimate customers and employees can no longer get through: your shop, portal, VPN or email goes down.
How do I know my company is under attack right now?
Typical signs are a suddenly very slow or unreachable website, server timeouts, unusually high inbound traffic, failing VPN connections or overloaded firewalls. If several of these symptoms appear at the same time without an obvious reason, an ongoing DDoS attack is likely — when in doubt, just call us.
How fast does KAEMI help during an ongoing DDoS attack?
Immediately: the emergency hotline is staffed around the clock, and reports via the form automatically alert our on-call team. An engineer gets back to you right away, analyses attack type and volume and starts mitigation — no hold music, no ticket detours.
Do I have to be a KAEMI customer to get emergency help?
No. The DDoS emergency response is explicitly available to companies that are not customers yet. In an emergency we help first — contracts come after. Protection runs for one month and can be extended monthly if you wish, with no long-term lock-in.
What does the DDoS protection cost?
The monthly price depends on traffic volume and applies per domain (DNS zone): €239 up to 0.5 TB, €343 up to 1 TB, €799 up to 5 TB, €172 per additional TB. On top there is a one-time setup fee of €799 including up to 5 hours of engineering. All prices are net; protection is extendable month by month.
How does the DDoS mitigation work technically?
Your traffic is routed via DNS onto the global Cloudflare network. There, traffic scrubbing filters out the attack traffic, a Web Application Firewall (WAF) and rate limiting stop application-layer attacks (layer 7), and bot management blocks automated access. Legitimate users continue to reach your systems normally.
What do I need so the protection can be activated?
The key requirement is access to the DNS or domain settings of the affected domain, so traffic can be redirected onto the protection infrastructure. If you don't have that access yourself (for example because an agency manages the domain), we sort it out together during the callback.
Does the service also protect APIs, customer portals and online shops?
Yes. The protection package covers public websites, web and customer portals, online shops and APIs — including API Shield with schema validation and protection against credential stuffing and scraping. Operations are GDPR-compliant and support you in meeting your NIS2 obligations.
