AI-native network operations for ISPs, WISPs and distributed networks

See what customers are experiencing. Find faults. Fix them faster.

Axon brings traffic intelligence, infrastructure health, site-local diagnostics, alerts and policy into one platform across mixed hardware. Your team sees who is affected, where the problem sits and whether the service recovered.

Live Axon console — The Dashboard

The operator problem

Most network tools show devices. Axon shows the experience those devices receive.

A green switch icon does not mean users can reach the application they need, or get the speed they pay for. Axon connects infrastructure health to user and application experience to give a true experience score for each site.

One incident, end to end

“A subscriber says the service is slow.”

The complaint every network provider knows. Before anyone changes the network or drives to site, Axon shows:

01 · SCOPE

Whether the complaint is isolated to one device or affects the whole site.

02 · DRIVERS

Which applications and endpoints are behind the load, and whether the backhaul is saturated.

03 · PATH

How DNS, HTTP and path measurements from that site compare with normal conditions.

04 · DECISION

Whether the fault sits locally, upstream or with the application — with the evidence to back the call.

The core workflow

From “something is wrong” to a verified fix.

One thin line runs through everything Axon does: detect degradation, identify who and what is affected, localise the fault, act, and verify the fix — with the evidence preserved at every step.

Detect

Catch degradation before the ticket arrives

Experience Score, Network Pulse, uptime checks, device telemetry, SNMP, UniFi monitoring and baseline-aware alerts show which sites are degrading and whether the evidence is fresh enough to trust.

  • Site Experience Score with evidence and coverage
  • Port, CPU, memory, disk and uptime history
  • Absolute and baseline-relative alert rules
  • Email, Slack, Teams, Discord and signed webhooks
Identify

See who and what is affected

Break traffic down by site, user, endpoint, application, category, domain, country, ASN and provider.

  • Passive endpoint and hostname discovery
  • Application, domain/SNI and passive-DNS visibility
  • Delivered, blocked and rate-limited traffic
  • Risk findings for observed destinations
Localise

Test from the site where the problem exists

Run bounded DNS, HTTP, path and speed diagnostics from an Axon edge device. Compare the result with busy and quiet baselines to separate a local switch problem from DNS, WAN congestion, an ISP path or an application edge.

  • DNS cold/warm timing and failure classification
  • HTTP DNS/connect/TLS/TTFB timing
  • Bounded path trace and speed tests
  • WAN saturation forecasts and busy-hour contributors
Act

Make the change without replacing the network

Block or rate-limit applications, devices, IP ranges and domains. Push policy across a site or fleet and update or decommission remote agents from the same control plane.

  • Application, category, device, IP/CIDR and domain policy
  • Global, site, switch and endpoint scope
  • Time-window controls
  • Remote enrollment, updates and decommissioning
Verify

Prove the fix worked

Re-run the same site-local diagnostic, watch the alert recover and compare the latest result with the baseline. Axon preserves the evidence so the next incident does not start from zero.

Simba · Evidence before opinion

Ask a network question. Get an answer tied to live evidence.

Simba does not answer from a generic prompt alone. It calls typed tools against the Axon control plane, checks the result against deterministic health facts and shows the evidence behind its answer. If data is stale, missing or inconclusive, Simba says so.

  • Tool calls are scoped to the site
  • Numeric claims are checked against source data
  • Active tests are bounded to protect fragile links
  • Simba diagnoses and explains; it does not silently change policy

See how Simba investigates

A real Simba investigation in the Axon console. The operator asks whether the Instagram block rule actually blocked traffic on the Development site. Simba answers that the rule is both configured and actively blocking: 616,914 bytes and 1,371 packets blocked from the device at 10.10.10.100, with the rule named Block Instagram currently active. A guard-rail badge shows where the bounded investigation stopped.

Mixed hardware, one view

Keep the network you have. Add one operations layer across it.

Deploy Axon inline where you want application-aware control, or connect a SPAN port where you only need visibility. Monitor other infrastructure through SNMP or the UniFi API. The same site can include Axon-managed switches, third-party routers, radios, access points and passively discovered endpoints.

Axon edge agent

Inline or passive

Lightweight software for AMD64 and ARM64 Linux devices. Runs inline or passively from a mirror port.

SNMP infrastructure

Third-party devices

Monitor CPU, memory, temperature, interfaces, errors, discards and wireless radio health on MikroTik, Ubiquiti and generic SNMP devices.

UniFi Network

Direct or relayed

Pull UniFi identity, device and radio health directly or through a site-local relay.

Private fleet connectivity

Behind NAT, still managed

Enrol remote devices over a private VPN, manage them behind NAT and keep local enforcement running through controller outages.

Economics and fleet scale

Built for networks that cannot justify a proprietary refresh.

Axon runs on commodity Linux hardware and works across vendors. Start with one site, then manage every deployment, agent, policy and alert from one control plane. You pay for the endpoints concurrently active on the network, not for every switch, device or dashboard module.

See pricing

  • Keep existing routers, switches and access points
  • Use inline or passive deployment per site
  • Unlimited sites and devices on every plan
  • Full platform on every tier

Field-tested

Designed where remote networks are hardest to operate.

Axon has been deployed across six countries, including rural networks with unreliable power, intermittent backhaul and no engineer on site. That environment shaped the product: local enforcement, bounded diagnostics, low edge overhead and remote fleet operations are part of the core architecture.
