Originally a B Corporation exclusively serving nonprofits for nearly 20 years, the team joined Tech Impact in September of 2023 to become our Digital Services Division.

Rebalancing Power in Philanthropy

People's Media Fund came to Message Agency looking for a partner who could tell their story about how they intended to redefine philanthropy. We helped establish a new name, visual identity, and brand strategy, as well as designed and developed a more sophisticated website to showcase the important work grantees do in their communities.

Designing a Multi-User Portal Experience

Our ambitious project with Girls Who Invest involved replacing an outmoded and brittle alumni engagement platform with a modern, seamless, and powerful CMS-driven portal integrated with Salesforce as a CRM backend. We were able to architect a Drupal-Salesforce integration that streamlined business processes, automated many functions that were once manual, and normalized data in ways that made engagement with multiple stakeholders far more reportable.

Encouraging Civic Engagement

The Lenfest Institute for Journalism selected Message Agency to establish a name, brand strategy, visual identity, and website for a campaign that provided grants to journalists, media outlets, and community organizations to report on the priorities that all Philadelphians feel should be centered in the 2023 local election.
