Invite the bot to your Discord server and type /setup. Pick an officer role and anyone with that role can access the web dashboard. Log into the dashboard at throney.gg. Throney is free for guilds of 20 members or fewer. Larger guilds pick a plan to unlock everything. Takes about 5 minutes to get running.

How many guilds can Throney manage in one alliance?

Up to four guilds per Discord server. Most Throne and Liberty alliances cap out at 4 guilds anyway, so this covers the typical alliance structure. All four guilds share the same dashboard, same event calendar, same DKP pool if you want.

How does the gear tracking and screenshot recognition work?

Members run the /upload command and attach a screenshot of their character stats page. Our image recognition reads the combat power, gear score, and equipment. The data goes straight into the member database. No manual entry, no typos, no members lying about their gear score.

How does voice chat attendance tracking work?

An officer joins the voice channel with everyone else and runs /attendance. Throney logs everyone in that channel at that moment. The attendance record links to each member's profile so you can see who showed up to what events over time. Works for boss raids, siege wars, guild meetings, whatever.

What is DKP and how does Throney handle loot distribution?

DKP stands for Dragon Kill Points. It's a system where members earn points for showing up to events and spend those points on loot. Throney tracks point balances automatically. When a boss drops something good, you can auction it to members who spend their DKP. Stops the same people from grabbing all the best gear.

Can I customize events and point values for my guild?

Yes. Create event types with different point values. Maybe a world boss is worth 10 points, a dungeon run is worth 5, siege war is worth 20. You decide what matters to your guild. Points calculate automatically when officers log attendance.

Is Throney better than using Google Sheets for guild management?

Spreadsheets work but they're a hassle. Members have to manually enter data, someone has to maintain the sheet, attendance tracking means copying names from Discord. Throney automates all of that. Every time a member uploads a new screenshot, Throney saves that snapshot. You can view any member's gear history to see when they upgraded, track their combat power growth, and compare where they were a month ago versus now. Useful for seeing who's actually putting in work.

Is my guild's data secure and private?

Your data stays private to your Discord server. We don't share it with other guilds or sell it anywhere. The database is encrypted and only officers you authorize can access the dashboard. You can export or delete your data anytime.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your data stays saved for 30 days. If you resubscribe within that window, everything picks up where you left off. After 30 days, the data gets deleted. No tricks, no holding your data hostage.

Can officers manage the guild from their phone?

The web dashboard works on mobile browsers. It's not a native app, but you can review members, check attendance records, and manage settings from your phone. Discord commands work from mobile Discord too.
